BACKGROUND
Stuttgart, our home. A planet of wonder, breadbasket of Rheinland, a planet that truly does not call for an introduction. If a paradise for agriculture exists anywhere on Sirius, Stuttgart would be the closest there is to it. And it was ours. For over half a millenium it was the people of Stuttgart, who ruled and tended to its fields, filling the plate of our people and the coffers of those who looked after them. Together with the WVS we had a singular Vision. Yet all that was ripped from us, when the 80-years war came to a close and Rheinland was tempted by credits to accept Libertonian companies into its midst. At first we didnt notice the changes that were coming to our home. Hell, at first we even thought companies such as Synth Foods might guide us to our desired future. So many of us were naive, selling our farms for adequate prices. However when Synth Foods managed to get a stable foothold on Stuttgart, their demeanor changed. They began sabotaging farmers, buying out and pushing locals out of the market. Meanwhile Rheinland did nothing to protect its citizens, even replacing WVS members with Synth Foods lackeys.
One day we simply had enough. It started as unorganised resistance. Destroying Synth Foods shipments, wiping corrupt officials from the face of Sirius untill it finally mounted in 775 A.S. , when we were exiled from our home and took the fight to the stars. We established the Darmstadt Depot, from which we conducted our Raids and operations. After a long winded talks with other Rheinland factions, we realised the common cause that the Red Hessians and us share, leading to a new age of cooperation between our organisations. A very fruitful campaign was the result, with us gaining both the cruiser Schwarzwald and Greifswald along the way, allowing us to tighten our grip on Stuttgart and its surrounding systems, with operations now being able to be conducted from multiple locations. However a restructure of the Rheinland millitary and increased influence of Libertonian corporations in Rheinland have forced our hand, leading to a temporary calm in our activities. Our members were pushed to the Hessians or Unioners, depending on their own political alignment. In a bid to improve our chances, we sought out our Kusari brothers of the Farmers Alliance and their patrons: Samura Industries. We saw initial success, despite being gravely weakened, but over time have noticed how we have become more and more encapsuled by the Farmers Alliance, who now have lost the spirit of their cause and have become a pawn of the Samura corporation, a fate which caused relations with our Hessian brothers to cool and one we are not eager to share.
Despite having been dealt a bad hand, the Landwirtrechtbewegung, has never faced a greater opportunity than at this very moment. Having seen this opportunity, it was at this here moment that Chairman Gerhard Richter and Vice Chairman Baron Claus Theobald von Wittenberg came together to reform and refound the old Landwirtrechtsbewegung, true to its values and devoid of corpo-terrorism. This new LWB seeks to regain its autonomy, as well as help our misguided brothers back on the right path. A path that is to be walked as allies, not servants, a path which leeds to a free Rheinland, free of Libertonians dictates, a Stuttgart free of corruption and foreign influence and a populace which once again can freely enjoy the fruits of their labour.

BASES OF OPERATION
Darmstadt Depot
From the depths of Stuttgart's Ostnebel the LWB vigorously conducts raids on the Trade Lanes heading to and from Planet Stuttgart in an effort to cripple mainly Synth Foods, Inc. , but also other foreign corporations in Rheinland. As the Ostnebel renders most sensors relatively ineffective, it is safe to say that Darmstadt Depot is located in a sensitive, yet, to the authorities, inaccessible place. Since 775 A.S. the LWB's operations and raids used to be conducted on that station up until the LWB's dissolution. However, after the acquisition of the depot by the newly consolidated Sirius-wide Farmer's Alliance, the repair and refit facilities of the station once again serve their original purpose: supplying the LWB cells and allied FA's military assets in all of Rheinland. While friendly organizations like the Red Hessians use the station as a point for a stopover on their patrols, it should be noted that such traffic has decreased after the Farmer's Alliance takeover, marking a shift in relations. Just like back in the days, Darmstadt is now once again the LWB's main pillar for enabling widespread attacks across all of Rheinland and some even go so far as to consider it their home, until Stuttgart is liberated at least.
Cruiser Greifswald
Cruiser Greifswald truly is a gift from the Red Hessians the LWB has never forgotten, as its usefulness as a mobile firebase is proven by its long service history. After surviving even the long years of disarray, the Greifswald rejoined the LWB under the Farmers Alliance, who reliefed the Gaians of its ownership. With the Greifswald back in Rheinland borderworld space, the operational range of the LWB once again increased. The convenient position in Omega-7, moreover, provides an excellent striking chance against any ships heading to and from Bretonia, further decreasing Synth Foods, Inc.'s ability to avoid the exposed New-Berlin Gate-Planet Stuttgart Lane. The speed of this Hel-class cruiser paired with the reconnaisance ability of her fighter squadrons make it virtually unable to be tracked down by authorities, as it simply moves around the thick Omega-7 Walker cloud whenever necessary. It was here where the Landwirtrechtbewegung was reborn with the support of the volunteers who joined the remaining LWB forces with their transports and everything they had left on board. Greifswald remains a key asset in the LWB movement's operations, one that Rheinland's law enforces yet have to get a firm grasp on.
Cruiser Schwarzwald
As of now, the Vidar-class Battlecruiser Schwarzwald is the largest vessel in the LWB fleet. Originally a retired Red Hessian asset, the Schwarzwald was taken over by the eager LWB to expand its offensive capabilities, maintained by a handful of Red Hessian engineers. The early days of the Schwarzwald marked the peak of LWB-Red Hessian relations. Now, after returning from the Unioners to aid the original cause, the Schwarzwald mainly consolidates the LWB's presence in the Cologne-system. Raiding parties and patrols originating from the Wildspitzefeld stalk trade vessels on their way from or to the Zurich system, a choke point between Gallia and Rheinland, vital for the newly established commercial relations between the two nations. The Red Hessian's engineering focus on "hit-and-run"-tactics and compact size make the Schwarzwald an elusive target that is often mistaken with the nearby Bundschuh base. While the Landwirtrechtbewegung is known for its "hit-and-run"-tactics and elusiveness inside of sensor inhibiting phenomena, the Schwarzwald proves that the LWB can also deliver a punch, whenever such brute force is required.
GOALS OF THE LWB
1. Cut ourselves loose from Samura Industries At the moment our movement is partially depending on Samura Industries' financial support, since the Kusarian part of the Farmer's Alliance is relying on it heavily. Currently, Samura Industries has more leverage than we do. There is no way for us to make way for our own policies, no way for us to threaten them, should they start turning their foreigner back on us. Our ambitions are more patriotic in nature and after learning our lesson with Synth Foods, Inc. the LWB cannot allow itself to be dependant on foreign corporations just like Rheinland after the 80 years war. Never will a patriotic Rheinlander make that mistake ever again!
2. Reinstate the LWB as the main anti-synth force in Rheinland The Farmer's Alliance's influence over us is dramatic, because the dissolution of the previous LWB has left us in shambles. While we do not oppose the Farmer's Alliance, we would much rather be partners on equal footing. After all, neither Kusarians nor Libertonians should have any say in Stuttgart's affairs. The LWB, in turn, will not interfere with the Farmer's Alliance's agenda in Kusari.
3. Breakup Synth Foods, Inc. and nationalise ALL of its assets in Rheinland space Synth Foods, Inc.'s ruthless business policies over the last decades have left us no choice. The only way to recover Stuttgart from the soulless conglomerate is to root out the evil. After turning us and other ordinary farmers into indentured servants, we cannot simply turn a blind eye or "simply" accept a compromise. We and the WVS were already given empty promises and "compromises". The militarization of the farmers was inevitable. We will destroy every Synth Foods escort. We will destroy every Synth Foods freighter. We will destroy every Synth Foods train. We will destroy all of the Synth Paste and Synth Gel in Rheinland. We will destroy everything inbetween us and Synth Foods, Inc.'s expulsion.
4. Root out the obvious corruption in Rheinland Rheinland law enforcement is doing Synth Foods, Inc.'s dirty work, because their war machine used to and still needs an easy credit to maintain itself. Selling Stuttgart and its own people placed the widespread corruption on plain display. Now, after the, at least to some degree, sensible Federalists are gone, we need to take matters into our own hands. Rheinland's infighting revealed that Rheinland is no longer led by patriots, its led by powergrabbing war mongerers, who do not hesitate to gun down more moderate voices of reason. The Marinenachrichtendienst and ALG got annihilated and replaced just like the WVS back then!
5. Expand the LWB We need to replace our losses and make up of our low number of bases in Rheinland. While Junker bases are convenient, they are unable to fill the gaps. Additionally, our numbers are low. We need to commence recruitment campaigns and stock up on vessels like fighter craft, gunboats and cruisers. To achieve this we require a more stable and local income, one that does not obligate us to do someone's bidding. A widespread media campaign to recruit more patriotic Rheinlanders must take place to fill personnel gaps. Since Liberty-enthusiasts are common-place nowadays, we will fill our financial needs with an increased effort in fining those, who we suspect of collaboration with Synth Foods, Inc. and aiding those seeking to undermine Rheinland, aswell as erecting a toll, enforced ONLY by licensed LWB agents to ensure a part of profits made by any foreign conglomerate benefits the small man aswell.

Quick question: Have you considered using an agricultural theme for your naming convention? Towns and geographical locations seems a tad bit generic.
Now, as for the rank, you are completely right and the appropriate change has been made.
Now to the agricultural names: They were considered and they are still considered. But they sound weird, here are some thoughts put into this:
{LWB}KB-Sense (direct translation: {LWB}GB-Scythe), which already is a ship name and the most used gardening tool name, because it is associated with death or something
{LWBKB-Machete, I mean, maybe?
{LWB}KB-Maehdrescher (direct translation: {LWB}GB-Combine_harvester), I mean, maybe?
{LWB}KB-Pflug (direct translation: {LWB}GB-Plough), ...starting to sound a little out of place for a military/militia vessel
{LWB}KB-Rebmesser (direct translation: {LWB}GB-Billhook), does not sound cool or threatening
{LWB}KB-Schuffel (direct translation: {LWB}GB-Weeder)
{LWB}KB-Hacke (direct translation: {LWB}GB-Mattock)
{LWB}KB-Grubber (direct translation: {LWB}GB-Cultivator)
{LWB}KB-Ernter (direct translation: {LWB}GB-Harvester)
The agricultural tools used as ship names sound weird, both in English and German. You should totally let us know if you have cooler agricultural themed name types/names in store!
Because the ones above sound a bit...off.

Meadow, Oak Tree, Willow Grove, Sapling, things like that (or their German translations).
We appreciate the feedback, however our naming conventions have deen subject to rigorous discourse.
There is a reason why they are how they are. We assure you the naming conventions must be simple and numerous as to not cause confusion.
German City names are simply numerous, foolproof and goodsounding at that.
Apart from that, I urge you to please not mistake us for the Gaians. We are a League of progressive farmers and Rhineland patriots, not some sort of supernaturalist or luddite group.
