From: William Harris To: CO of the Emerald Dragon Subject: Procyon
To whomever this may concern,
you've gone through some effort harrying our transports to get our attention. Well, now you have it.
I'm Commander William Harris of the Republican Provisional Assembly.
I assume this has something to do with that incident with the fleeing Insurgency vessel, INS Procyon that passed through Edinburgh recently. Some of our lads intervened on its behalf to ensure its safety and drove off an attacking Gaian ship. I'm going to guess you're none too pleased about that, eh?
Well alright, then. Since you've not gone and killed any of ours, we can talk. I'll hear you out, in any case.

Hello.
I don't think you lot understood the assigment. You are not the guy I wanted to talk to, nor was I looking to be "heard out". But I'll bite.
It's you who have got some explaining to do in regards to that incident. Unless you step up and make amends for that brazen display of stupidity, taking potshots at one another will be our new state of affairs, and it's only a matter of time before one of them is lethal. I don't think either of us wants that. Assuming you're keen on keeping business as usual, that is. For all I know, taking potshots at one another might be exactly what you lot wanted to happen.

Good day to you too, 'Flora'.
If you want someone to make amends for what happened, take it up with the CO of Emerald Raven. We had no quarrel with either party until they decided to, in their words, 'scrap the clueless little Sep'. Our ships only stepped in to make them back off, not to kill. Our fleet commander decided she'd rather not see the Insurgent crew murdered when the Insurgency is buggered anyway.
So unless you'd care to share whatever insight you have on what made your ship attack, there's nothing else to discuss here.
As for your threats, save them for the Armed Forces. We're not interested in squabbling with your lot, but we will absolutely bury you if you keep being a nuisance.

Commander.
You lot are being tiresome. I'm assuming on purpose, for some weird sense of satisfaction derived from wasting my time and eroding my patience.
The Insurgency are an enemy to us. A bunch of corrupt hypocrites betraying their own to play government. We've been going at them for, let me peek at the callendar... Ah. Seven years. If you haven't clocked in on that in the past seven years, well, that's a you problem.
Can you see the issue now? Your merry band barging into our territory to protect our enemies, having the bloody audacity to demand a justification, too! I don't think you'd be too fond of us jumping in to aid a Cretan scurrying around Dublin, would you? Of course, I've already gathered you are of the "rules for thee but not for me" sort, so the question is purely rhetorical.
I'm taking your answer as the latter. We'll carry on having fun until you change your mind.

Good evening.
You have my congratulations. Finally, you've provided some actual information among the haughty posturing, useless provocation and purposefully acting obtuse, which seems to be the norm in the entire bloody Sirius.
In case you hadn't noticed, our branch of the Molly movement hasn't been prominent until a few months ago. We didn't know about your problem with the Insurgency, nor are we aware of any reasons why you would have one. And even if we were, the Insurgency is on its last legs. You're having a go at a fellow who's already bleeding out on the floor, and it's not you who got him there.
As for territory, well, I'll give you that one. Again, we were there to initiate communication, but we found one of our potential contacts attacking the other. Said contact proceeded to act in bad faith when questioned and made sure to escalate hostilities, and then expected an apology. Astounding behaviour, truly.
Perhaps you'd like to astound us again and properly state what sort of recompense you had in mind?

Commander.
Your charm and diplomatic acumen just doesn't cease to amaze me. I had a chat with some of your pilots today. Hopefully their report will get through to you better, so I'll skip the majority of your exceedingly eloquent gibberish.
For the recompense, I think you will find my request very reasonable. The Assembly will give the Gaians, not just myself, mind you, access to your gold refineries. AND you will stop causing us headaches in Edinburgh, which should go without saying but I'll mention it anyway, just to be safe.
Do that, and I think we'll start getting along just fine.
Yes, I've received this report from our flight leader.
The Chancellor has seen fit to grant your request for access to RPA's gold storage facility, Connacht Depot. For now, the Emerald Dragon has been added to the docking system. If you want other ships - or other Gaians - to be cleared for docking, they will have to give us their ship's or group's public identifier so we can add them, too. This can be done here.
You'll be hearing from Minister Burns soon to inform your kin of their new opportunities. We trust this will prevent further misunderstandings between Gaians and the Assembly - in Edinburgh or in Dublin.
