[Server config] AI restart puts you on Gammu still

Doing a /restart fcAI puts you on Gammu despite the fact Gammu is now a Core base, so when you undock you immediately get shot. Also, nothing in Kappa is mapped. I imagine the AI restart should put you somewhere else.

Restart maps were fixed last night by Aingar, along with all the other restarts. Will ask about the new location since there doesn't appear to be any AI bases remaining.
