Owner's Name (and Organization's Name if applicable): David Rose, Detroit Munitions
Owner's or organization's affiliation and a brief description of the owner's or the organization's activities: Detroit Munitions is one of the oldest privately owned companies in Liberty. Since Detroit's founding by Ed Garner in 614 AS, we have been providing the best guns to the good people of Sirius's greatest house, and our first government contract—with Liberty Police, Incorporated—came shortly after in 617 AS. Our first contract with the Navy came just over a decade later in 631 AS. We have maintained an intimate relationship with Ageira Technologies for over a century and have been the primary supplier of small and medium arms to Liberty's forces for approximately the same time.
System and exact location for base (coordinates can be sent privately): New York system, within the vicinity of Maine.
Reason(s) for Construction: This facility will be used as a secure location for highly experimental research with new and advanced technologies. The intent of undertaking such research is to advance Liberty's competitive edge in regards to offensive and defensive capability, and the various fleets of the Liberty Navy will receive first priority with regards to any production that comes of the research undertaken at the facility. With naval approval, these technologies will be sold to trusted third parties on the civilian market. No sales will be made to foreign governmental entities without naval approval and oversight. R&D will be undertaken jointly with the Navy, particularly the Forty-Sixth Fleet.
Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: With the construction of this facility, we will be filing concurrent requests with the Liberty Police Inc, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Bureau of Interstellar Traffic, as required to expand the licensing of our testing ranges on the surface of Maine itself, primarily Aberdeen Proving Grounds, to accommodate additional live-fire exercises inclusive of any products developed at Gunpowder Falls.
By filling this application you hereby agree to the taxation and complying with the regulations as stated by the Laws of Liberty and will be held responsible for any violation.
Your request has been reviewed and approved. We will be adding your license after payment of 5.000.000 credits is made to Liberty-Bank-001 with evidence attached to this transmission.
