- had no bases in vanilla besides the two that got blown up in the campaign
- have basically never had any diplomacy besides "kill everyone"

- has lost two lore-critical bases from vanilla via highly questionable storywriting
- is being gaslit by their former oldest ally about how they totally weren't backstabbed by them and are delusional because that shipyard never even existed

that said it's kind of disgusting that nomads are physically incapable of actually sieging pobs. After all, someone needs to clean Delta up.
