Esteemed Compatriots among ALG Waste Disposal,
I speak on behalf of the Platform Bundschuh. While we are perhaps a more radical current of the wider organization, we haven't forgotten both our shared camaraderie during the Civil War, nor have we been ignorant to ALG's comparative commitment towards workplace democracy and corporate ethics.
Unfortunately, I have dire and urgent tidings to bring to your attention.
You may have noticed a modular station called Norddorf Refinery roughly in the middle of the flight between Wichter and Bielefeld. Its residents are Zoners who have been relatively cooperative albeit careless initial "guests" in our mutual territory, having set up the now three-core base a mere Eight klicks from Bielefeld itself. Unfortunately, our negotiations have stalled over their administration's apparent refusal to forbid the presence of Outcast ships from docking or mooring there.
I've issued them a final ultimatum of slightly less than twelve hours from now to either acquiesce to our reasonable requests not to allow a hostile power on our literal mutual doorstep--Cardamine transports and capital ships likely included--Or to vacate or relocate. Should they refuse both, the Bundschuh will mobilize to destroy the Refinery in interest of our mutual safety, and I plead on behalf of the wider Bundschuh for any aid you deem necessary or possible in this effort.
I strongly believe they will reach out to the Outcasts and their forces en masse--assuming they are not wholly under Malta's thumb already--to augment their own possible defense force. Should you be willing to dedicate forces to aid us, we will cooperate with and aid your forces as if they were our own, just as the Bundschuh did half a decade ago.

Klugmann,
I'm Kai Richter, Director of Security Division at ALG.
We have of course noticed this installation, it's hard not to at only around 17k from our headquarters. We assumed they had some sort of agreement with your people, given the proximity to Bielefeld.
If this is not the case and they are acting as a potential outpost for Maltese incursions, this is as unacceptable to us as it is to you. Generally, we respect Freeport policy bases and all that comes with them, but not this close to our HQ, and not this close to your base of operations in the area, if they don't have your agreement.
I've already had reports of a notable increase in Outcast activity in the region. One of our ships had a rendezvous with some of yours under that exact situation recently. The last thing we need is more of them around.
I'll mobilize Epsilon squadron, and I'll move my flagship back personally. We're united on the security of this sector, and this threat won't be allowed to continue. But I will also contact the base administration. If it comes down to it, I'll take your word over theirs, but I want to hear if they have anything to say.

Director,
Thank you again for your prompt reply, and for recognizing the danger the Refinery may pose to us both.
We've received no further response from its Administration since our last ultimatium and in the meantime have been routing reinforcements to Frankfurt and Sigma-15. With your approval, we can begin preparation for the Operation in full.
Unless, of course, you've had better luck talking to them?
