Mason Webb, Vice President
My name is Mason Webb, reaching out on behalf of Isaiah Steffen and the Aegis Initiative. Aegis has enjoyed a working relationship with your group over the years, and we plan to continue this long into the future.
As you know, our pilots are well known for their capabilities in lighter snubcraft. We have found, however, that your enemies have been deploying heavier and heavier ships to counteract our bomber wings positioned in Omicrons Theta and Delta. We have already taken measures to address this, but we feel that your assistance could prove the tipping point in our fight against your enemies. We would like to procure two “Thresher” class destroyers to add to our arsenal of ships. With the sheer number of capital ships being deployed in the Omicrons, we believe that two of these destroyers can make all the difference when dealing with prolonged heavy capital engagements.
We understand that these destroyers are not easy to manufacture, nor outfit. Aegis is more than willing to supply whatever amount of credits you deem to be reasonable for procuring either the ships themselves or the materials used to construct them. Regardless of your decision to help us, rest assured that our fighters and bombers will continue to patrol the Omicrons, and make use of the arrangements we have made so long ago.

Good evening, Mr Webb. First, let me say that indeed, your people have been doing very good work in the Omicrons. They are one of deadliest pilots I've seen in a long while. That being said, before we consider going through with your request, I'll need to know some details. Where do you plan to deploy the Threshers you're requesting? Furthermore, how do you plan to keep them operational?
Should you provide satisfactory answers to these inquiries, we'll do our best to help you get what you desire.

Miss Scarlet,
A pleasure to make your acquaintance. With regards to where these threshers would be deployed, the answer is simple: where they are called. The heavier assets I've been referring to are used mainly by the Maltese and Cretan naval forces who oppose us in the Omicrons. To that end, we would be primarily using them within the Omicron space.
However, Corsair units have been more bold recently, sending large capital ships to house space. Our pilots have combated them on numerous occasions in Bretonia, but our sources indicate they have operated in both Rheinland and Kusari in recent months. Should a need arise for capital support, our Threshers would rendezvous where needed to provide it. As to their maintenance, we keep some of our heavier assets in Tau-31. The facilities we use there we believe should be more than enough to suffice for basic upkeep and maintenance. However, for any more sophisticated outfitting or repair work needed, we would be more than wiling to make an arrangement to use drydock space on Durban, for a reasonable fee, and of course going through all the registries needed to operate in Core space.
I'm happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to our intended purpose with these ships. Of course, rest assured, a contract would be drafted, ensuring that should hostilities between our groups arise, the Threshers would either be A) Barred from use against Core forces, or B) reacquired by the Core altogether. But I am getting ahead of myself.
I would be happy to arrange a meeting in Omicron Delta to discuss more specifically the terms of what we are suggesting.

Finally, someone who is well spoken and knows how to properly conduct business. I'll be expecting you in Delta soon. Just be sure to make an appointment, as my schedule has been hell lately.
We'll discuss the terms of the contract away from prying eyes. I'll be awaiting your arrival, Mr. Webb.

Miss Scarlet,
If you're available, we'll meet in 4 days time, outside of Nauru in Omicron Delta. That will be 09/03/834 at 18:00 Sirian Standard Time (// UTC). Please let me know if that day/time works for you. If not, I'm sure our schedulers can coordinate. I will have a couple of operatives with me as an escort wing, for both of our protections.
I look forward to meeting and discussing terms in more detail.

As discussed, here's the required materials:
10,000 Hull Panels.
12,000 Engine Components
2,500 Robotics
4,000 Energy Field Equipment.
When that is delivered, work can begin. We'll upgrade the shields and propulsion systems and tune them to spec.
The hulls will be fully repaired and upgraded with next gen armor plates. Are there any questions?

Miss Scarlet,
A pleasure to meet with you in your home system. I will start sub-contracting out all of the outlined materials in the coming weeks. We can discuss next steps once all materials have been delivered to Durban. We appreciate your willingness to work with us on this. We have no further questions at this time.
We understood it that you wanted to wait on the deposit until after all materials have been delivered. If you change your mind, let us know. Our financial department is ready to assist at a moment's notice.

Your reputation is solid enough to enact a "payment on delivery" policy. I've made the arrangements and we've allocated the required personnel, equipment and storage capacity.
The project is a go. We'll speak again when the situation requires it.
