Howdy there Mr. Linhardt.
I understand you folks made some inroads into working with us in the past. Well, I'm here to tell you that now is your chance. You see, our new refinery in Curacao orbit produces a substantial amount of waste. We've got no problem getting it out of there and dumping it, but it's starting to piss people off. I've already a comm from one of the big resort managers yelling about scaring off the tourists... anyhow, I think you get the point here.

I saw the ad you folks put out, and I thought I'd take you up on the offer. I transferred over 2 million credits to your Brassburg as indicated, so the next 100k units of waste are all yours. We don't have a burning need right this moment, but we'll be doing more ops soon, and it'd be grand if you paid us a visit in a few days. When you do, make sure to check in with the dockmaster about the MOX stockpiles - we could always use more of the fuel.

Meanwhile, feel free to avail yourselves of our copper supplies - I'm sure you Rheinlanders will be able to find a use for it, heheh.
