Firstly, upon approaching Lichtenberg Station along the trade line from New Berlin to the Frankfurt gate, I was denied docking rights. This prevented me from conducting a standard status check of the facility. I have documented this incident and suggest a follow-up by our docking rights department.

Secondly, at Arnsberg Research Institute, I discovered the crew in a state of strike due to insufficient life support supplies. Additionally, I have coordinated with KPR|Katenbrot for the delivery of emergency supplies and dispatched KPR|Valhalla Gunboat from Wildau with a Marine Team to restore order on the base along with some medics and medical equipment.

I told the ship to stop, to examine its license and its cargo. I told the Captain of the Zoner .NU ship, that, by the Law of Rheinland, his presence there, with that kind of ship is illegal.
The Captain of the .NU Zoner ship complied with the Law and paied 100000 credits.
I finaly escorted the ship to the Bering system having left Rheinland.

after Frau Luftschloss noted missing docking rights on ze Lichtenberg station in New-Berlin, Polizeidirektorin Wolf contacted ze station administration and ensured zat ze Kaisserreichspolizei will have docking rights on zat station. Today was inspection day wizin ze New-Berlin system and I was eager to use zose docking rights.

I'd like to inform ze Oberkommando, zat zis station has a cloaking device factory as well as a docking module factory.
Boz facilities are only allowed to be owned by a Rheinland corporation as §7.9.4. states.
Ze Rheinwehr is neizer considered as Rheinland corporation by §3.1.1.1. nor by §3.3.2..

Ze ozer notable inspection happens to ze Handelsdepot. Zis station got taken over by ze Rheinwehr from a junker named 'Festus McBoyle'.
I'm almost sure ze Rheinwehr started ze bureaucracy paper war already.
It is however notable, zat ze entry official government database still shows ze aforementioned junker as ze base owner; still is ze Handelsdepot now found at a new location. As §7.1. stated permission is needed before ze construction of a base - does ze same apply to station dislocation? If so §7.1.1.6. would be broken.

During inspection of ze new position I measured ze area around ze station and it seems it clearly violates §7.2..
I also like to add, zat ze Rheinwehr is buying military salvage on ze Handelsdepot.
Military salvage is considered as restricted good according to §3.1.1. and so ze base would need a governmental permission by §7.7..
My governmental contact also told me, zat ze modular base quarterly fee to maintain its license expired by ze start of zis month.

I'd like to ask ze Oberkommando how we can expect someone following our laws, if ze law-enforcement isn't able to do it on it's own.

My governmental contact showed me ze proof, zat ze Handelsdepot administration finally paid ze quaterly fee. Unfortunately, ze ozer violations are still valid. As result of ze not available trade permission from ze Rheinland Ministry of Economic Development for military salvage, ze Versorgungsschiff Wetting, which was going to unload loot collected wizin ze New-Berlin system, had to be redirected to ze Arnsberg Research Facility.

In regards to ze Lichtenberg station I got informed, zat it's also lacks in ze required quarterly fee.

On my long-range scanners I picked up a ship with a suspicious callsign Orange.Dream approaching Rheinland space. I moved to intercept through the Hamburg system and discovered it was a Cryer Pharmaceuticals Barge carrying 29,818 Light Arms. I initiated a lawful stop and requested a license, which the Cryer vessel could not produce. The captain and navigator were operating under the assumption that Cryer is licensed to carry Light Arms in Rheinland.

I levied a $250,000 credit fine and allowed the vessel to proceed through the Cologne system to Zurich and onwards to Gallia. The fine has been wired to KPR|Bank.
