Salutations Herr Großadmiral!
As the administrator of the Lichtenberg station I have to report that our activity has been perturbed by 2 communications from frau Wolf, ze polizeidirektorin.
The first communication was for docking rights for KPR| ships, and as a symbol and token of the unity and cooperation between the Military and the Kaiserreichspolizei; these rights were granted, under special orders > the KPR pilots and ships were restricted to the docking area and infirmary if necessary (severe emergency that could not be delayed until reaching New Berlin) and they were to be under armed supervision at all times.
Following this communication and the instatement of the docking rights, is the 2nd communication; which is amusing, since the station has always been operated by the Rheinland Military. This communication severely embarrasses the KPR| operatives and their communication channels; they didn't even bother docking and seeing who operates the station.
As a result of the "fine" issued by the KPR| to the Rheinland Military and the lack of communication or competency of the KPR|, I have removed the docking rights for all KPR| ships.
Should you decide certain KPR| ships or other [RM] /MND/BDM ships require docking rights, please inform me as to head off any future diplomatic incidents between the Rheinland operatives. Awaiting your orders on the docking rights issue, if we are to change the current policy or keep it restricted due to the activity and strategic placement of the station.
If you have time please contact frau Wolf and solve this diplomatic incident between the Rheinland Military and Kaisereich Polizei, last thing we want is an escalation or worse, this leaking to the public.

Herr Locke, Direktorin.
This has just reached my desk, and I aim for it to be resolved before I retire for the night.
Direktorin, Lichtenberg serves a useful purpose due to its prime location in Potsdam orbit, similar to the Bayern. It is both a clearinghouse of equipment and personnel, and a training facility for specialized activities. Therefore, they are entitled to certain leeway in the requirements of the law. However, the letter of the law must indeed be observed.
Herr Locke, you will hereby inspect your databases personally to ensure that the following vessels are entered into the system: [RM], BDM|, and KPR|. All other vessels have no business on the base for the time being, and may contact the Oberkommando of the aforementioned organizations for information.
The Rheinwehr will pay the fine to satisfy the bureaucracy and forgo additional scrutiny where none is necessary. In the meantime, I will send over my Kaleu Boll who recently refurbished Handelsdepot, and you may choose to send your own inspector, Direktorin.
I expect that this concludes the matter, but feel free to contact my office for any clarification.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Alfred Henze
Großadmiral der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr

Salutations Herr Großadmiral!
Activity report:
We are having issues with the observation of the -Redacted- and the supply runs from -Redacted-: delayed or destroyed transports; corrupted data; surveillance and research operations lasting longer than intended, even with a 25% error margin.
This is due to the logistic constraint - access of the -Redacted- and returning from -Redacted-, ignoring the other hindrances - intelligence agencies and pirates.
All these can be quantified in increased costs, delayed production / research, security issues - so far we've got confirmation of all cargo destruction and loss of 3rd party operatives, the security backups are working as expected; but survival of cargo or 3rd party operatives would be a major security breach.
After some serious debate between the administration and the head scientists, the administration has decided to propose a relocation of the facility into a system closer to -Redacted-.
For this, I require your permission to contact the Direktorate, they should have the intelligence and logistic capabilities to facilitate this endeavour.

Herr Locke.
I understand through internal channels that you are interested in pursuing a rather.. adventurous deployment of your assets. Well, far be it from me to dissuade you from your schemes, but consider that I will disavow any action you take after you depart Rheinland space.
However.
If there are supplies, equipment, or personnel you require before you depart, please do make use of the requisition forms. It is the least we can do to mitigate the risk you plan to take on behalf of the Rheinwehr. But from that point on, mein herr, you are on your own.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Alfred Henze
