I will keep it short, we have a war to fight and a war-machine to maintain in the edge worlds, we need your help. With the upcoming planned offensive in Omega-41 the Hessen Front asks of the Platform to act as our middlemen with the gas miners, put your diplomatic expertise to good use and contact the Guild to establish a H-fuel smuggling operation on our behalf. The Front plans to stockpile but also trade the fuel with some of our allies, needless to say some of the surplus value will be redistributed with your faction via credits or other assets.

Representative Hess, We're glad to see the Hessians have finally reached out to us this time. I am 'Civil Servant', a commander of the Platform paramilitary and cell of the Damnatio Memoriae.
Let us begin by deconstructing your request so we can understand each others position before moving on with your proposition. Ever since the aftermath of the Civil war, we've been binding our wounds since the once negotiated peace with the Federal remnants have crumbled away to show the true colours of the Federal Empire. The Platform are currently reforming a once hindered movement, so while I do understand your urgency to secure resources such as H-fuel for the fleet to maintain itself, you over-estimate our ability to conduct a deal with the bloated monopoly that is the GMG.
Fortunately for the Rotfront, we are still able to produce surpluses of H-fuel from our own facilities, maybe not at the quantity you desired but certainly enough not to ignore when it comes to supplying yourselves. You'll be dealing with us directly as producer and supplier and hopefully cut out the headache when it comes to brokering underground trade deals involving third parties.
But we do not ask for credits in return, we require access to drydocks capable of servicing large vessels and allow a deployment of Bundschuh engineering and repair teams onboard in support for what we expect to be a resurgence in the militant left of Rheinland. Our flotillas are expanding and everyone is pushing their blood and sweat into escalating our movement. From once being treated by the imperials as mere dissidents, to become a force that could wreck havoc in places they could not imagine. Now the corporates and Imperials have consolidated power within the ship building assets following the civil war, maybe its about time we do the same?
Consider our offer.

Platform commander,
I appreciate your offer. However, allow me to expand on the situation at hand. The loss of most infrastructure in Dresden has severely hampered the Front's ability to sustain its current flotilla at the accustomed standard. Concurrently, we are forced to deploy new assets with our enemies barging at the gates. We have plans which require resources, resources that are beyond our reach. Our current smuggling operations and whatever other materials we can scrape off Innenstadtfeld are simply insufficient for our increasing needs.
The deal we sought using your mediation with the Gas Miners Guild is mainly driven for financial support. Our intelligence indicates that the Bundschuh maintains favorable relations with the Guild. However, should this not be the case, we will address the matter independently and rely on the Guild's potential willingness to assist in supplying the Rheinland underground against the military.
Nevertheless, it would be imprudent to refuse your offer as well. At the moment Wolfsburg's drydocks are exclusively used for maintenance purposes, though this is bound to change soon enough. Should your organization have capital ships requiring urgent inspection and repairs, I strongly advise for an expedient arrival at our station. For clearance purposes the following information will be necessary: ship names or callsigns, name of the commanding officer on duty, total number of personnel on board, and basic ship specifications including type, class and any special equipment onboard or in use.
We must insist on these requirements as we maintain a low-tolerance policy around the Giftnebel's perimeter.
Reinhardt Hess, we've been in discussions about the drydock access that you've offered to our vessels in return for supplies of H-Fuel from our production facility at Bielefeld. I apologize for the delay but the transit of these vessels is sensitive due to their urgent need of repair and current fragility. After talks with paramilitary command we've designated these vessels for service at Wolfsburg for the near future.
While I do understand the need for the Rotfront and Hessians to clear this information for the security of the Giftnebel's perimeter, our modus-operandi at this time may present voids of information simply because they're either not present in our organizational structure or have yet to be assigned. Should you allow our vessels and a Bundschuh engineering detachment to harbour on Wolfsburg, it should bolster our strength ahead of schedule and would grant us blades heavy enough to parry against the Imperials and Corsairs. I will see that our facilities are open to your logistic vessels and that our supply convoys heading to Wolfsburg carry and extra supplement of H-Fuel for your needs.
As such the incoming ship manifest is below, hopefully you'll find this enough for clearance:
Ship class: Bustard class carrier.

You have clearance for the manifest ships and the bundschuch workforce to commence your operations at Wolfsburg. Be advised that roughly half of the shipyard's personnel has been transferred to work on a separate project, please consider this aspect for the work timeline on the ships.
And commander, we look forward to meet you at our HQ on Vogtland.

Hessians, I hope the increase of H-Fuels has helped alleviate the pressure for your flotillas, especially now that we're all recovering from the collapse and shift of all our supply lines. But while in this period post-civil war, certain parties belonging to the local corporate based here have taken advantage of the gullible imperial administration to establish a wave of modular installations with no regard to our presence or wellbeing... Therefore I propose we take steps to reciprocate to them fairly.
We've identified a number of installations all over Rheinland that have cropped up to strengthen the corporate grip on vital resources and likely taking advantage of the rise of prison labour sourced from Hammersee's penalty encampments. Some are within the sigma region that we can try to handle ourselves, but the inner Rheinland systems seem to be rife with several installations that are a blatant barrier for our smuggling route's.
Arnsberg Research Institute, it sits between the trade lane corridor of the Saarfeld and the Harzfeld, its equipped with a guardian defence system that we've repeatedly eliminated but as such with Berlin's production it outpaces efforts quickly. While we would normally conduct industrial sabotage and political operations in New Berlin, this station is posing a threat to the "Widerstands-Rettungsring" that runs around the surrounding asteroid fields in the system, causing a logistical choke point between our Kaiserslautern to Kreuzberg route. I have no doubt that this station will be heavily defended, although your recent operations in Cologne and Zurich have caused quite the diversion for the Imperial fleet wanting to save good face with the Gallic Union... Soon would be a good time. If you're willing to muster any heavy assets to assist with its destruction, we could be dealing a heavy blow to Imperial and corporate confidence.
Another operation is an upcoming movement of one of our assets to Wolfsburg as previously mentioned. As said before we have a heavy capital vessels needing repair clearance which you granted to your drydocks, one of them is a heavy damaged and barely operational Elbe-Class carrier which we've obtained and now preparing for its final run, although as with everything its likely set off alarm bells for the corporate security forces as we try to pass through Omega-11 for its home run to Wolfsburg. As such we may be looking to either provide a direct screening force to intercept any patrols or create a distraction on a target that would be favourable for us all to partake in... I'll disclose more details if you wish to discuss this further.
Until next time, may the blood of Von Rohe live in us all.

Commander,
I must say, little did we expect the Bundschuch to be so eager to conduct such a direct strike against our enemies, especially in the heart of Rheinland. Arnsberg has indeed been a thorn in our side for some time now, severely affecting our dealings with the Junkers and the munitions distributions from Kaiserslautern.
The Platform will have the Front's support, but we should not delude ourselves. Yes, the Militär seems to be mobilizing forces not only in Cologne, as you rightly suggested, but also in Frankfurt, based on our recent encounters with them. The timing might seem right for a strike, but we must remain cautious. Do not mistake my words for cowardice, but we are up against Neuberlin, and our forces are no match for the Rheinwehr in a direct, open-field confrontation. A swift and decisive destruction of this installation is essential before they have the time and capacity to overwhelm us.
I suggest that the Platform moves its readily available heavy assets to Wolfsburg first. Our combined forces will stand a better chance of slipping past the detection grid through Saarfeld for a surprise assault on the installation.
The Front will await your confirmation on the attack.
As for the carrier in question, nothing will entice the men more than wrecking Daumann ships in Omega-11, send the details.
Good to hear from you again Representative Hess, glad to hear you're on board with our plans for moving against Arnsburg but it seems you're right about the heavy presence of Military ships being a hurdle but our upcoming operation in Omega-11 should help with this...
Without a doubt our main issue is to ensure that we disable any chance for a response to deal with the movement of our heavy assets, while the high intensity radiation in Omega-11 will cover the movements from corporate patrols and the proximity security net at a distance, the likelihood for their long range sensors to arise suspicion is still present.
We've found that Daumann has a particular interest in defending the upcoming trade-lane route to Solarius station, maybe enough that they would divert their southern patrols back to the station to defend it, so we've devised a potential method to disable their long range scanners in Omega-11 along with keeping the responding security wings occupied as soon as reinforcements come in from the Stuttgart system while the movement of the carrier is kept under wraps.
Once we hit their security detection array, attack forces will try to screen the Stuttgart gate. We expect the military to respond potentially with medium weight capital ships for their QRF teams once we've stirred up the Imp's, likely intelligence shows that it will be a combat engineer battalion supported by Daumann security to try and repair the damage caused by our initial storm of Solarius. I don't want our forces hanging around longer than what is required until the Carrier moves away, at best we can try to dispatch the QRF forces and retreat before heavy reinforcements arrive. But if we don't, they may get the sensor array repaired before our Carrier teams departure.
We understand the nature of this is a big ask, and if you're wanting to spare your capital assets for this job then so be it, the Platform is prepared to deploy its own if need be. Least we ask is for fighter and bomber support and Freital base as a staging ground. In the meantime the Platform will gather as many volunteers as it can for this operation.
We expect a response from Daumann security and the Imperial Military, although the Imperial's response would likely be reduced thanks to our efforts in other border regions especially as their Zurich trade route is a protection priority. This will divert forces from the core Rheinland worlds, every solider they deploy is a bigger hinderance on their industrial and political machine, enough to give us an opportunity to hit Arnsburg while its in full operation and its defenders are deployed elsewhere.
If you accept, Platform intelligence will release detailed plans your way prior to the operation, so the last thing I ask is this...
Do we share blood on the field again Representative Hess?

Sehr geehrter Platform Commander,
Your plan has been reviewed and approved by Command. Freital will be informed to make the necessary preparations for this forthcoming operation. Additionally, reserve wings will be dispatched from Vogtland for this mission, but at this time I cannot guarantee capital asset support.
I would personally advise a retreat in case the Military reinforcements show in great numbers, they might pick up on the carrier's signal but it should be too late for them to follow it into Dresden. I'll leave this decision at your latitude when the time comes.
But know this, the Front will share blood with you again, the blood of the worker's oppressors.
