I must assume there has been some misunderstanding. Based on the orders I received about your shipments, Handelsdepot is the only destination to which you may take these items in Rheinland. However, that is not to say what you propose is impossible.
I have connected trusted representatives of Daumann and Kruger to this communication. They will be able to assist you further in this matter.
If you do not manage to reach an agreement, then another option is available to you. The Rheinwehr maintains a small detachment of Handelsmarine, of which I am a part. We would be available to ship the items from Handelsdepot to most corners of Sirius, but our employment comes with a steep cost. We have many regular duties, and rotating out vessels for convoys or individual shipments is no easy task. I believe Rheinland's industrial experts would be your best opportunity to get this done.

This change of plans poses no issues. Taking it into consideration, I therefore request that the people entrusted -- on the Daumann and Kruger side of this matter -- inform me on the availability of three Colossus-class transport vessels for the full transfer of some fifteen-thousand units of Azurite. Once this has been completed, an APM official from Planet Nauru will inform the transport captains of the exact delivery location and the rates at which the cargo will be transferred for.
The same shall be done for the Xeno Relics, however we require only two transports on that end. I eagerly await the reply of the Daumann and Kruger representatives.

I bring confirmation that the delivery point, Akutan Station in the Bering system, is ready to receive the transports. Please reach out over this channel or over private communication lines to coordinate the convoys.
To summarize; 15,000 units of Azurite Gas, to be delivered for 180 Credits per unit, 10,000 units of Xeno Relics, to be delivered for 275 Credits per unit. These payments will be done on-the-spot by the logistical crews. Further, I would like to also inquire upon the rates provided to the mining crews; at present we believe a 50% total should go to the mining crews, but I am open to negotiations on this end.

My name is Fritz Messer, recently assigned Department Head on Azurite and Xeno Relics Research & Development in AP Manufacturing. It is my understanding that we have not spoken at length and as such it is my hope that our future talks and cooperation will be very fruitful, much like it has been to this point forward. I also salute Rheinland's efforts to work hand-in-hand with The Core, most especially with my colleague, Luminary Alexander. While I trust that he has engaged much more than anyone outside the High Command of The Core with our Rheinland counterparts, my recent assignment as Department Head paves the way for AP Manufacturing to take over our relations instead of the more military-focused Core paramilitary force. Should you require Mr. Alexander's expertise at any point, rest assured I shall patch him into this channel at earliest.
Moving on, I would like to announce that we have completed the construction of a modestly-sized installation in orbit of Planet Tuvalu, christened as Grootegeluk Depot, with the express purpose of serving as a logistical node for exotic Edge Worlds materials awaiting pickup by House allies. To that end, I extend, on behalf of AP Manufacturing, an invitation to all Rheinland organizations, from the Military, to MND and Buro, to Kruger, to Daumann for participation in APM's project to strengthen House partnership and bring about a new era in research and development. We have, outside of excavated relics and Azurite Gas, a wide selection of adapted Artificial Intelligence weaponry, shielding and thrusters, all available for purchase at negotiable prices with the representatives of the interested party.
We also invite the listed groups to dispatch transport ships to pick up any required amounts of these materials from the base. Please coordinate with teams on site regarding product availability.
