We have some projects of ours regarding the construction of some vessels for our next excursions, and for this we require additional Energy Field Equipment, Nano-Capacitors, and Nano-Tubes. We are aware that you have your own projects going on, however if you have enough spare of these materials, we would be willing to purchase them from you. We can go into further discussion upon your response and naturally this request is to remain secret for the present.

Request for Supplies
Greetings Alfonso Cornelius,
The Overwatch is happy to support our allies in the Omicrons. The request for Energy Field Equipment is an easy request to fulfill. I have already put in the request to have some transports loaded with this requested commonness. Simply provide a location. alternately if you so wish your own transports may pick some up some Field Equipment at Akabat I'll put in the clearance for your transports.
However, I am afraid the Overwatch is not able to easily fulfill your request for Nano-Capacitors, and Nano-Tubes. Such goods are not easily produced in Mu and what factories do produce them are only able to make enough for our own needs and not nearly enough for mass exports. It would take a direct order from the High Admiral to make such goods available, and given that the Overwatch has taken on some Dreadnoughts recently I cannot say such an order would be given. The best I can do is put in a request for our Freelancer allies to smuggle such resources out from the houses and doing so will take money and time.
Indeed the Nano-Capacitors and Nano-Tubes will have to wait for a another day then, I have a few ideas for acquiring those, even still the energy field equipment will be extremely helpful. We require 10,000 units of the Equipment for the completion of our current project, and the equipment should be delivered to Planet Crete. If your request for the energy field equipment is accepted, we would prefer you were the ones to deliver it. As to be expected our recent excursions have taken up most of our attention lately.
I could schedule our own delivery in 2-3 weeks time for picking up the resources on our own. As previously said, this isn't preferable, but if it becomes necessary we could do that.
Back to the Nano-Capacitors and Tubes, if you could give us some details on your freelancer contacts, it could be very helpful to us. You may know of groups and individuals we are not yet aware of.
Another note, will your transports require escorts from us? It should go without saying that the forces at play in the region will pounce on any opportunity to destroy our ships and weaken us. The Delos can dispatch some fighter craft to guard the Equipment as it travels if you think it is needed.
We can fully discuss your payment upon your response.

Request for Supplies
Greetings Alfonso Cornelius,
Your in luck we had a super transport without assignment and was able to complete the delivery without incident. Given the ease of completing this request I don't see a reason to charge DTR for any fee.
As to contacting our Freelancer contacts, such is easy. I've attached to this document is their comm line simply address the message to "T.H.E." and they will reply. You can trust this group of freelancers as they only care about getting the cargo to its destination and getting paid. Fallow through with the payment and they will not ask one question.
The prompt nature of your delivery is a very welcome surprise to us.
The equipment has already been delivered to Yucatan Industrial Complex, and will be put into use upon our acquisition of the Nano-Capacitors and Nano-Tubes. Speaking of which, I will go through some records and see if we have any file on T.H.E. Clearly you hold this group in high regards. We appreciate this information.
Then I suppose that is all for now then Captain Narson, if there is anything else you wish to discuss, you know where to call. Crete salutes its allies!
