Frank Fullard here, President of the Artemis Alliance.
During my time in Sirius, my operatives have said you have a very lucrative business selling Platinum to traders. These operatives have also been buying your product to make themselves some cash while not on duty for my organisation.
We offer quite a few different services, but I was wondering if we could rent some space at your Freeport, for some storage and for to let my pilots use it as a stop gap so to speak. I will also throw in a security detail, who can monitor the area whilst you go about your business.
The only deal I want to do with you is, that my opertives buy your Platinum and my security team can aid yourselves and my operatives whilst in the area.
I have taken the liberty of sending one of my most trusted Reaper pilots to the Freeport to scout the area. He goes under the name of Doomsday, and that is all you need to know about him, and please dont ask him his real name, thats not within our policy.
So let me know lads whether this deal is acceptable.

Good day to you -- Mr Fullard,
The Zoners of Galileo are pleased to meet your acquaintance,
We have been established in Galileo for a good few years now, and have had to re assess our strategies a few times to establish good business. You seem a very informed man, and I am certainly up for letting your pilots rest at the Freeport, and also I have arranged a meeting with your Reaper pilot.
Please feel free to help yourself to Platinum on the facility and I can assure you its the best price in Galileo, seeing as we have had an influx of other organisations applying facilities to the region.
I look forward to doing some business with you, and will hopefully arrange a meeting with you when I get some time.
I have had a transcript handed to me from my Reaper pilot, after he sent it to me from your'e installation. It appears that, you have stated to him that you are concerned about the Zoner conflict, and have stated that you wish to not get involved. As I gather, Liberty will enter Galileo, under certain circumstances, so with you being either angry or aprehensive about the situation I would like to offer to buy your installation at a cost that suits both parties.
I am arranging for my Vice President, Captain Red Legs as he is know by, to visit Freeport 12 and make his assesment and give you the offer for the purchase. I will also hand over this communication thread to him for all future negotiations. Any staff at the station who are competant and talented enough, and wish to stay will also be considered in our deal.

Good day to you -- Mr Fullard,
Well ...... This has certainly caught me by surprise Sir,
BUT, as I said briefly in my previous communication, there are corporations entering Galileo, that would not normally be here. Also the crew of Freeport 12 have been nervous for quite some time, maybe as if they think something big is going to happen.
It has been some time since Freeport 12 shut down and dismantled most of its manufacturing process plants and also we closed the Casino and made it into quarters for more visitors.
I am very open to your Vice President paying us a visit, and will relay news to all command staff aboard the station. Once he arrives I will no doubt be close by, and ready to meet him.
Maybe it is time for us to shut up shop, and the Zoner conflict certainly has not helped our situation in any way. Being targetted for something that is out of our control is shameful on the part of the militants, who seem to have no regard for ordinary Zoners, who wish to lead a peaceful life.
Over the years we at the Freeport have manufactured equipment for alot of organisations and customers, and admittedly, made our fortune, so retirement would be be the best thing for me personally.
But I will discuss things with the crew, and also your representative,
I arrived at your facility today and was greeted warmly by your base administrator Mr. Katashi.
I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the condition and comport of your station. Given the fact that your base has been in action for quite some time now, it's immaculate status was inspiring.
Upon receiving a complete tour from Mr. Katashi, I must say that I will be able to gladly report to President Fullard that your station is very well suited to our needs with relatively little re-fitment and internal construction. I can tell that your staff is very good at what they do.
As a fellow logistical specialist, my conversations with your base administrator were especially satisfying.
His thorough knowledge of the workings of your station, and even some foresight on the possibilities regarding the acquisition of the materials we may need to alter it's configuration to our needs was quite impressive.
Your organization has been a lucky recipient of his talents.
In short, I will be recommending to President Fullard and our associates that your base in Galileo would be a fine addition to our organization, and I look forward to working with yourself and your staff to see this through should our executives come to an agreement on the details involved.
Respectfully,
Capt. RedLegs - "Dullahan"
Vice President, The Artemis Alliance.

Good day to you -- Captain Red Legs,
An unusual choice of name I must say,
But down to the business at hand, and I must say that Mr Takashi was impressed by your visit and he has told me of your extreme interest in the facility. I have also had a request from Mr Takashi, that himself and his team, who i might add, are very good at what they do, would like to stay. Engineering is his forte, aswell as being a capable pilot, in his own right. His team are responsible for the manufacturing of the Docking Modules on the facility, and also maintenance of the production facilities that we have. The facility has certainly been around for a long time, and it is well looked after, but I can add a few minor repairs that will need sorting, which will add to me reducing the price of the facility. Some years ago there was a hull breach on the station, and some crew members unfortunately died, and the particular area has never been used since, and was sealed tight shut. So a reduced price for the facility will be asked from you, and to be truthful I just want it taken from my hands now.
I will gladly sell you the facility for 19,000,000 Million credits. which is ample for me to pay off my other staff who have been extremely loyal over the years, and I will be returning to my home area to see out the rest of my days.
If you need to see the sealed area I can arrange for you to suit up and inspect it ... as the breach still has alot of work to do to it. Otherwise I am ready when you are to make the transition.
I am personally very satisfied with your offer and find it to be quite generous.
Mr. Takashi made me aware of the damaged area of your base, and I was saddened to hear of the loss of life you suffered due to that tragic event. Since converting the base's configuration will be necessary to some degree in order to make it compliant to our operational needs, repairing the affected area for use will be a small matter.
As to Mr. Katashi and staff wishing to remain on the station, I am delighted at the possibility. His obvious talent, capabilities and knowledge of the station would be very advantageous to us in the acquisition and reconfiguration efforts.
As Vice President of the Artemis Alliance, it falls within my purview to approve new hires for our operational staff, and pending our head of human resources performing the necessary formalities, Mr. Katashi and those of his crew wishing to remain will be most welcome to join our project there in Galileo,
I will report to President Fullard that both parties are ready to proceed with this acquisition, the final details of which will be concluded at the Executive level between yourself and President Fullard.
I thank you for presenting us with this opportunity, and hope that your ongoing plans provide you with the future that you desire. Should you need any assistance in those endeavors, please do not hesitate to contact the Artemis Alliance.
With Regards,
Capt. RedLegs - "Dullahan"
Vice President, The Artemis Alliance.

Good day to you --President Fullard,
After negotiations with Captain Red Legs, I have decided to let the facility be sold to you, and am so glad that Katashi and his team can contribute to staying at the Freeport, and transition into your organisation.
Their work ethic is nothing but exemplary, and they will be valuable assets to you going forward. The selling price will be 19.000.000 Million Sirius credits, and will be transferred to the FP12-Bank.
I will give you time Sir, to establish your funds, and will hope for a response and transfer of the money soon. What a pleasure it has been doing business with you and your team.
I have had some great reports about your facility, and also have been informed that repairs will be to say the least, certainly capable by our teams and Mr katashi.
It is a done deal Mr Dante, and I have wired the funds for your facility to your required account.
I spoke to Captain Red Legs, who has mentioned that Mr Katashi will organise all the necessary needs for the take over of the base, and Our transition could be as soon as a few days.
I hope this gives you time to organise yourself, and before you leave I will personally pay a visit to establish Administration rights within the base and secure it as our home of homes.
Have a nice retirement Mr Dante, and plesure doing business.

Good day to you --President Fullard,
I humbly send you good wishes on your purchase of Freeport 12 and hope you can establish a succesful business with the use from the facility. Mr Katashi has been given all the necessary paperwork for your'e easy transition into the facility.
So my good friend, there is no need to pay a visit as everything is in hand, so myself and the rest of my team will be leaving the facility very soon, but I do hope I can meet you in person before I leave and shake your hand as a gesture of goodwill.
