To whom it may concern.
The Admiralty Board would like to extend belated congratulations for your victories within the Omicron Kappa system.
It has come to our attention that, following said victories, your company began offering a new line of products in cooperation with AP Manufacturing. We would like to know more about these new products of yours, particularly snubcraft weaponry and equipment. We would also like to know if your organisation would be willing to supply a sample of this technology for field testing.
Normally, we would have arranged this with AP Manufacturing directly, but it appears that all of their representatives are otherwise engaged.
It goes without saying that, should the results meet our expectations, the Admiralty and other Crown services would be open to consider wider procurement. From the Core itself, should it prove itself to be more effective.
Thank you. We really did good in Kappa, didn't we? Or so I've heard.
The reality might be different from that, but alas, that's a topic for another time.
As for new ships or equipment, I'd like to hear exactly what you've heard and from whom. That would make my job of guessing what you are requesting significantly easier.
~Yours Truly, Gabrielle Daniels, Commander of the Core PMC and STILL the hottest person to have ever set foot on Nauru.

Commander Daniels.
Your organisation is offering a line of fighter equipment including weapons, shielding and propulsion. The Board is interested in outfitting a wing of snubcraft with this technology to test its feasibility for wider deployment.
That's it? Considering our substantial tech exchanges in the past, I believe we can spring for a few of those, no problem.
In return, however, I would like a crew of high skilled technicians who know a thing or two about Bretonian made Dreadnoughts. See, we happen to have one of those that needs some minor fixes to the hull and other non-crucial, but still important systems. Mainly life support, CO2 scrubbers, this and that. I would expect your people to arrive with the spare parts as well. Now that you know what I want, tell me how many ships and guns do you need.

I find your request very reasonable.
The Core agrees to these terms and will provide the equipment. Everything is covered by a limited warranty, of course. Human error not included, so keep that in mind.
As for your people, they will be looked after and their safe return will be a priority.
~Yours Truly, Gabrielle Daniels, Commander of the Core PMC and STILL the hottest person to have ever set foot on Nauru.
