My Blood Dragon account is missing a lot of credits and one of the ships was changed to a ship that I had previously before I switched it, can I get someone to look at this for me please? I am missing about 2 mill in cradits
Hello I'm a returning player from seven years ago and just spent the last couple of weeks getting to learn the ropes again and I'm still doing so. I seem to have lost my newest ship I have been saving up for and finally bought yesterday all my main credits are tied into that character account and only spare change in the others. The ship/character in question is called Yu.Takeyama

Talked with @Aingar and told me that yes, everyone suffered things so... We had to redo it all whole again...
I tried to stimulate an compensation is some way but nope, not even the simplest compensation will be granted this time...
So...is a whole thing, i lost time, precious cargo, credits and some other things...

The choice was either fixing every individual players lost gear OR doing a blanket rollback to fix the issue.
The work required to individually help every player's lost pixels would have been extreme. So we have chosen the simpler solution to have it rolled back.
Part of the rollback is that we're unable to provide compensation or replacements for what was lost.
We are sorry, but you will have to make do with the rollback and re-earn what was lost.

As long this don't become a serious repeteable error i think i could leave with it, make that won't happen again, so maybe next time we would expect a compensation (all games give something as compensation, maybe some small credits to everyone when things like this happen, why this one not? ¬¬)
At least for the time effort lost on doing our things, don't ask something "big" but even a small compensation for that time of lives we lost could be benefit of it, that isn't hugely hard my dear Admin ...
Genshin give you some small amount of Primogems, this game could give you a small amount of credits, considering the "Rollback" is something to some did not affect, some affect slightly, but some people like me affect it a lot more that even a compensation could heal, but could bring less hurt with such.
