[Systems] Kyushu JH In Hokkaido Wrong Name/Location

Bug: When jumping into the Hokkaido hole in Kyushu, it takes you to the New Tokyo hole. The NT hole also takes you back to that same Jump Hole in Kyushu, rather than NT.

Reproduction Steps:

• Jump from Kyushu to Hokkaido using the JH
  
• You end up on the NT hole
  
• Using the NT hole takes you back to the Kyushu JH in Hokkaido

Traversed both pairs of JHs on the live server (Kyushu-Hokkaido and New Tokyo-Hokkaido) just now and landed where I'd expect in all 4 scenarios. No idea what happened.

Your screens simply show you in front of a Hokkaido JH in New Tokyo, which landed you in Hokkaido next to New Tokyo JH, which is what you would expect.
