Subject: Interest in your services
Hello Core Administrator(s) of Grootegeluk,
Allow me to introduce myself. I am Julius Fox, commander of a recently established station in the Texas system, Plano Outpost. The station is expanding at a rapid pace, and with a Cruiser-class capable moderate sized modular shipyard being attached and activated in the past month, it has been a busy time. Our requirements are always evolving based upon what ships are planned to be constructed or upgraded at our berths, and currently, I have orders from High Command to assist Norfolk in refitting LSF and Navy reconnoitering vessels. And to that end, the reason I am contacting you.
I have taken notice of your operations through my contacts with your primary investors, Interspace Commerce, and with your recent approval by the Government to transport alien materials through Liberty, I would expect the Core has the expertise to procure further fruits of the Omicrons for the right price. While I cannot reveal what exactly the refit ships will be doing, I am authorized to order the required scanner-reflective hull panels, advanced optronic computers, experimental weapon systems, and so on. 120 units of these systems would be needed. As for the logistics of moving such sensitive equipment across Sirius, I am sure I know a freelancer or two who are trustworthy enough to not ask too many questions about what they are contracted to carry. Let me know your requirements, and I will see what I can do.
With Regards,
Administrator & Commander Julius Fox, Plano Outpost, Texas System
My name is Jacob Turner, the Administrator aboard Grootegeluk. Its a pleasure to hear theres interest back in Liberty for our services as a ship component manufacturer already.
Grootegeluk Depot and its production facility of various exotic components is still in its experimental phase. However, we do have a moderate stockpile of high quality goods available from the primary testing of viability. An exchange of these goods can be made at a fair discount, providing we can ask something else of you. Our stocks of “Prototype Components” for these modules are fairly depleted and replenishing them has proven difficult. Some Three Thousand would be enough to reproduce the stock that you need.
As for shipping, there are two approaches we can go with. A freelancer who can be trusted is a possibility, but so too is one of our transports. Currently we have just the one available, but the required cargo would fit, even with strict regulations on safe transportation. Whichever of these options appeals to you more, we can work with.

Re: Interest in your services
Greetings Mr. Turner,
Pleased to make your acquaintance. As it so happens, we have a fair quantity of these components you seek, reclaimed from Nomad war-era obsolete ships, legacy weapons that are no longer compatible with modern ship control and power systems, and other outdated equipment that has been smelted down. I would be happy to provide the 3,000 requested, of course in exchange for your systems.
Moving on to the logistical angle, I'd be happy to provide docking privileges to Plano Outpost for your Core transports should you desire to make the delivery and pickup yourself. I would prefer this option, considering that the Core knows the Omicrons better than most and could ensure the materials safe exchange. If you can't make the long trip to Liberty, of course we would fall back to using the freelancer, as he is only a call away. If you agree, I will file the paperwork with the flight deck coordinator right away and have your transponder added to our range of allowed frequencies. Let me know what you decide, and thank you.
In Liberty's Service,
Administrator & Commander Julius Fox, Plano Outpost, Texas System
It is indeed dangerous out here in the Omicrons, and many threats lurk. The jump connections have shifted and realigned since your last message and even your most recent data of the Omicrons would be now outdated. Do not worry, we have a transport available for this task, expect to hear from them within the next business week or so. The vessel will be dispatched once servicing and refit for the trip are complete, carrying all of the components you requested. The ship transponder for docking clearance has been forwarded on a separate line already.

Re: Interest in your services
No worries about the delay. We know the Core is very busy, to put it lightly, out there surrounded by the constant threat of destruction.
I indeed had not known about the Omicron jump hole realignment. My hired transport may not have, either. It seems I was correct in entrusting this sensitive shipment in your capable hands as Plano has recently received the equipment. Your pilots certainly know how to slip around our mutual enemies who might have intercepted the convoy had it been assigned to less-than-trustworthy folks; in short, I am very impressed. Proof of delivery follows - a guncam snapshot of our Merchant Marine transport Maple Grove meeting with your vessel. This should conclude our contract, for now. I will certainly be contacting the Core again for assistance with similar hard-to-get materials. It has been nothing but a pleasure working with you.
For the good of the Nation,
Administrator & Commander Julius Fox, Plano Outpost, Texas System
