Part 6, which addresses spawn rates in relation to player count, might need revising.
You should ask your fellow Staff what are the new limits to NPC spawn rates concerning player count, as I believe that value increased upon new discoveries that reduced server load.

Give the Corvo Civilian Explorer its cruiser shield back and remove 1 heavy heapon slot like before, bringing it back in line with the Retrofit Explorer that also has a cruiser shield upgrade ratter than an actual cruiser shield like the Corvo had.
This was the defence they had taken into consederation the valuable cargo.
Its the ship everyone has to mine sci data and now its too weak.
After doing quite a lot of mining (somewhat in the region of 800 data) I can say that it takes (without missing) 29 batteries to bring the shield down. So 25 units can be acquired per run. I don't know if any ID bonuses or something like that applies.
Locations listed in the original post need updating.
Also there's a PoB for the Tau-23 location that they're now spawning inside of - Great discovery for my first attempt to try this sort of mining...

Edit: It's like the anomalies/Unknown Objects are spawning from the base via undocking, which is weird to me.
The anomalies are technically NPC ships. They have been attempting to dock with the POB ever since the changes to docking and undocking were done by @Aingar. Quite amusing to find them attempting to dock though. Usually you can shoot them from outside the station with a scanner without problems, however.
We'll take a look and see if we can get some updates for the locations.
EDIT: I updated with the information I have on hand. We will review and update as necessary.
It is weird, it says by your data Kaarst Drydock in Omega-58 sell the batteries for mining, but the Omega-58 has a place to mine such at somewhat 10-15K of the base, which creates an aura of really advantage, can you rectify or send this as a probably bug wise? it is kinda stupid other places have to get into one or 2 systems (or more) to get from batteries for anomaly mining to the place of where such anomalies mine up, but in that system is done on a pretty fast way as the difference is just around 10K of distance
Kaast Drydock located at E1
Anomaly supposed to be located in D2
Personally i could say it don't bring any support in that way as the distance to get refills is kinda ... short in comparison to other sell-points
