In my time as Arbiter I have done what I can to make relations with the Corsairs amicable. Unfortunately, many junker families have stood in my way due to your well known dealings with the Hogosha. Here's the thing, while I am not impressed by those actions I am pragmatic enough to understand business is business. Truth be told in your shoes I'd probably do the same thing.
However, the Hogosha situation is a discussion for another time for today you have contacted us not to dabble in the artifact trade as so many have in the past instead you offer me a new, much more lucrative contract, Gold.
