In a ship which both he and MiD lejeust described as 'junk' with bad weps and shield.

I don't see how he could of without someone noticing that he was shooting them, if the ship, weps and shield are as bad as they said then it would have taken quite awhile just to get through the shield which take quite alot to get through.

Plus theres absolutely no proof what-so-ever he did blow anyone up, no witnesses, screenies.

There is however a witness to toxin being repeatedly blown up by a BS in NY.

As far as banning people goes, to earn a ban, they have to violate server rules grossly, or hack my server (Or worse yet, piss me, Korrd *AND* igiss off enough to make us want to ban them).

Now... ANYTIME server rules are violated

They must be reported. If ANYONE takes matters into their own hands, we will come afte ryou with a venegeance. I will not tolerate it.

No one is above the server rules. Especially not regular players.

If you have a problem with another player, Ignore them or stay the hell away from them. Not go screaming murder and putting bounties, etc on their head just cause you don't like em.

Remember, we're role playing. Whatever character you're in, role play as that character *ONLY*.. do NOT mix the lines. Example:

Wolfpack - Trader
Bs|-Wolfpack - Bs| Fighter Pilot

I cannot conduct Bs| Business in my trader. That is improper role play. I cannot conduct neutral stuff (trade) in my Bs| Account. that is improper role play.
