Spec, you can change the resoultion to 1900x1280 with the instructions here. Then you should be able to play with a nice widescreen resolution. I've done it for my 1440x900 display.
Nvidia GeForce4 Ti 4800. It's a bit older, but works fine, and is an improvement over what this computer used to have, which sucked something fierce (I changed it when the old one couldn't play KOTOR I). It plays FL, so it's good enough for me.

And 13centkiller, i'd recommend you grabbing one 8800GT. It has more performance than GTS (usually), little less than 8800GTX, and it's about 160eur. It's one of the best, if not the best, price/performance ratio.
No you are mixing 8800GTS 512MB version with 8800GTS 320MB/640MB version.
I run the game with 8800GTS 640MB. I'm happy with the performance but not too happy how much I paid for it when it came out. 400 euros :(
I see some people have definitely over-kill machines to play the game. But it's a testament to the game quality that people are still playing it. It show's that good games are not about special effects.
