I have just one question, wehre are you going top get a generic pirate ID with out having to rep? i know you have to be like buddy-buddy with junkers at rochester to get the smuggler/generic pirate id. Not being ignorant or anything, i'm really curious. o.0

I used to fly my corsair GB with neutral rep and pirate ID but I didn't get much diffren treatment than I do now with corsair Id/rep... If you have a neutral ship, get a neutral pirate id...

Gunboats are possible *bribe for a wreck and some secret repairs* Guns purchased on the black market. = generic (how they usually get done) pirates. As long as your sharing with the locals then usually they don't mind the back up and support.

I might disagree with this part. If you have a neutral ship, you have a plethora of options. The civilian ships are only considered neutral if you are neutral to the faction you wish to be neutral to in RP. If you have an Eagle and an LWB ID, you might have a neutral ship, but you're still hostile to the RM...

The problem I have with it is when neutral pirate ID'd gunboats sit off New Berlin pirating in front of lawful bases.

The rules say your tag must match your ID and neutral doesn't match pirate IMHO.
