Ok guys. You seem to have missed my point.

Akuma. The problem you are having on the forum and the server is due to an -interpersonal- series of issues you have with other players.

I am in far too many factions, have I ever PvP whored you? Have I ever lied to get anyone canctioned? Does being in a faction make me a bad person somehow?

No I somehow don't think it does. The issue is because people are far too stubborn and inflexible in their ideas. You, a very stubborn and resolutly assured person (in your belief in being right) have been confronted by people within factions, and people who are not in factions, over some of your ideas. Some of those people have been equally self assured in their own ideas. You have flared up and shouted back at them... BAM! epic conflict.

It become very easy for you if you take your veiw far enough out in order not to see the -people- within the factions. Then you can get as angry as you like, as you're noit hurting any one individual, just the faction. But infact people get hurt when you faction-bash. Perople like me. I put time and effort into running the XA, and I take pide in it, however when you just decide that all factions are bad, that they pvpwhore and restrict people needlessly, for powertrip purposes, it kinda hurts.

And the same is true for those -individuals- within factions who just piss on the indies all the time. There is no need for it. Sure, some indy caps have bad RP, but there are some extremely well RP'd indy capships (Laowai for instance) who will get hurt when people start saying "Its all the fault of the indies!". So please, before you go painting whole groups of people, look first at the individuals involved, and remember that by generalising people in a negative light you tar the whole group with the same brush. Treat people as people.

Respect for people's right to be who they are can be given whether you like the individual or not. No one person is any better than any other, its ust some people you will always find difficult.

And the questions Hyung asked Akumabito should be answered by everyone. They are worthwhile.

This is something that can be done without fighting or arguement, but simply by acting as you veiw as the right way to do things.

The position you take is only expressed in you actions, not your words or fighting against some other system. The ethics of being 'anti' something are always going to fly in your face. Take a more positive approach to things, by simply being what you think is right.

People may disagree, but they can't put you down or stamp on you because you're not getting in the way of what they do.

Akuma, I am really frustrated by what you have done with this thread. You have taken something which is inherrently positive, and argued with any who will argue with you... Again.

This thread was never about indies vs factions, nor was it about people raising greivences they have on the server. This was about something very different, something non specific. I don't mind you voicing your opinion, even though you seem to cause conflict wherever you go. However you could do it in a thread which isn't about reducing conflict. You are an extremely opinionated person, that much is clear, however this thread is not for spouting opinion, it is about trying to make people not rubbish each other so violently. Like you are rubbishing factions with your every post.

I would like you to be a little less forcefull with your veiws, you will find your goals being furthered at a far faster rate if you just let things flow rather than being so fixed in your opinion.

What house (Liberty, Bretonia, Kusari, Rheinland, Outcasts, Corsairs) do you like being in the most? I prefer either Liberty or Bretonia, because of the scenery. I like Rheinland for a change or for for a challenge. I like Kusari for the music.

Do you like to mine asteroid fields? If so what cargo do you like to mine?
I like helping new people out in the Colorado silver field. Sometimes we hang out in the copper field as well. Cant say i've done much else except scrap. Creature of habit I suppose.

What ships in this mod do you like best? I do like the eagle, but I dont use them much. I like ships that haven't been seen much. Things like that trader ship that has three containers around it. I forget what it is called.

What is your Trader RP like? My trader likes to take silver to Manhattan. There he melts down the silver in a small smelter he bought a little while ago, then manufactures and transports little mini-tea-sets for children to Bretonia. It's surprisingly lucrative to sell to children. On the way back he brings some chemicals back to Liberty. Hes got his own set of pods for each thing so that contamination doesn't spread on the tea sets. He carries 10 crew and 10 hand guns for protection incase his ship is boarded.

I like Bretonia, I used to be in charge of the police faction on a fairly large rp server in Bretonia, and second in command overall. It was a lot of fun, cap whoring all the indies in my faction cap ship, making them do what I wanted or blowing them to smithereens! Bwah hah ha..

Of course if they would add an Italian one instead of the french one that would be my fave. Italian food and women, sigh... Of course I would never leave the planet.

I hate mining. On Asgard they set up mining so you could get gems that you could trade for uber thrusters. Even then I wouldn't mine.

My trader works for my blood dragon character, who finances his endeavors through it. He's a monkey, from planet primus with 12 kids and he needs the pitifully small salary he gets paid to keep his family i bananas.
