All Liberty lawfuls be advised that the cruiser LNS-Norfolk has defected and joined the unlawfuls. Though it may show as friendly (green) on your scanners, it now has a corsair IFF. This ship was part of an unlawful fleet that destroyed the LNS-Yorktown, which was attempting to assist the Norfolk unware that that Norfolk had defected.
Also be advised that the unlawful "mobster" seems to have a device which makes lawfuls (NPC's) not attack him. Use caution when approaching him.

Trial ? What trial ? Norfolk doesn't deny it. Ask him. Sanction ? Why ? I Don't want to sanction anyone. It's not against the rules to defect or not get attacked by NPC's. Sometimes they break off when you're too powerful. Who knows ? That's why I said "seems." I'm just putting the word out.
One ship is not many but I believe that over 4 have defected in the past 2 weeks. Plus let us not forget the loss of the Providence. An entire Dreadnaught.
There is also a number of others jolly largish ships seeming to have defected from the Lawful Navy. Navy and Police keep your eyes open.
Looks like jolly changes are in the winds.
