yes, the IMG gunboat is good too. i just thought i'd put the lane hacker gunship in :laugh:I'd go with the IMg for its awesomeness, i happen to think it looks cool. Small and secret like
You could try the Kusari Explorer. It's often overlooked, and is perfect for Mercenaries and such.
Also, the Kusari have secret deals with the Corsairs, so it's a good match when it comes to covering your tracks, as well.
if I could help you with anything else about the character, I would say use a Samura IFF, and Corsair guns. Hopefully people will understand.
Of course, that is if I was making the character....

As for a Samura IFF. I don't think so. Clayr isn't friendly with pretty much anyone, let alone a lawful corp.
But, it would be completely fine for her to obtain a Kusarian GB. I just didn't want the house one. I forgot about the Explorer.
Well, the info on the Explorer says that it was made for the KNF during Kusari's infancy, however, it has been put out of service due to Kusari's newer Gunboat. Today, it is produced for factions like the GMG, who need the ship for exploration activities, and anyone else rich enough to buy one. Personally, I like to think it was made specifically for the Farmer's Alliance and Hogosha, but we'd need a quote from its creator about that.
Onto the IFF, one thing you have to think about as a Merc is your anonymity in house sectors. If you run around with a Corsair IFF, then you might be eyed with suspicion and asked kindly to leave house space, but in everywhere besides Bretonia, you are eyed as just a crazy person, and let be, or maybe questioned a little bit, instead of simply being asked to leave. This allows you to actually go up to your victims and take them by surprise, instead of not being able to sneak up on them due to your IFF.
just my thoughts on the matter (And actually my thoughts on Smuggling, as well).

' Wrote:True, I wish I could manage a neutral rep. But that's just darn near impossible.
The wiki actually had a few pics of it. It's perty.
Would a few Kusari guns be out of place...? Might just keep a few.
Well, the problem with that is that by keeping Kusari guns, you are becoming very close to just becoming a Kusari merc. I don't know why you wouldn't want to use Corsair guns, since they're rather nice, but if you do decide to keep some Kusari ones over Corsair ones, you have to be careful how many you would use in order to keep your appearances of being a Corsair Merc. Unlawful Mercs and Smugglers are always the hardest things, because you have to run a very fine line between being inconspicuous in Lawful areas and being recognizable in Unlawful areas. In order to do this, you must juggle IFF and Weapons in order to kep up with both.

Thanks for the help. If I'd use a few Kusari guns, it wouldn't be much. I might just use all Corsair guns anyways. I still think I'll use a Sair IFF. It just is the best RP fitting tag. Zoner and Corsairs are the only two factions Clayr is friendly with. In RP.
Ha, nice. I'll keep an eye out for the scum.:P
EDIT: How do the Explorer's guns face? Back, foward, etc. if anyone knows.
