An unusually quiet shift today, only three smugglers and a couple of pirates. Seeing as there was so little pirate and unlawful activity, myself and a few other officers engaged in some fighter training.
Joker was the first smuggler i found in Alaska, and was terminated on sight.
Hauler_09 and D.Akers were caught a short time later, and both had to be destroyed after both failing to comply with a cargo search and complete systems analysis.
Death Yagami was also caught trying to smuggle artifacts in, once again he was terminated. Andy Caesar was also smuggling, but got away when i was dealing with another smuggler.
After these smugglers, a Liberty Police officer called me to the California gate to help with a rogue transport issue. White_Elephant was the target and seemed to be opening fire on anything that moved. He managed to get away when Psychopath snuck up on both me and the LP officer. We engaged him, but i was overpowered and my ship destroyed.
Since only a training ship could be provided, i suggested that, after the officers take down Psychopath, we go on some fighter training.

Like i said, not a very busy day for me, which is a nice change from the recent smugglers that come en-masse.

At present there is a small Outcast raid, consisting of an Outcast capital ship, a 522nd Liberty Assault Battle Cruiser, and an Outcast Falcata. All present defenders have been destroyed, including myself. Due to the rapid onslaught of their assault I was not able to take any graphical records. However, their ships were roughly ID'd as Jim.Black, Ascendant.Justice (Or something along the lines of) and CrossCountry.

Shift Report:
Apart from the above, we encountered nothing but a single smuggler, an untagged Bounty Hunter attempting to leave Z21 from a battle with the Order, and an Outcast Destroyer.
Upon entering shift all was slow. However, after nearly half an hour of no contact, I detected an Outcast tagged ship. After closer inspection I discovered he was flying 14K above the regular flight plane. Calling for backup I headed planetside to obtain my Havok. However, in my brief absence, several of my companions decided to open fire, without asking questions as to why he was there, nor whether he had hostile intentions. To my knowledge he did not open fire first. However, I proceeded as ordered and assisted in his destruction.
After this, all was quiet for some time. En route to secure the Texas embargo, I scanned a ship and found he was carrying a large quantity of Artifacts. After requesting him to stop, he rudely declined and fled to the Liberty Rogue Destroyer. Forwhatever reason, my Cruise Disruptors did not take effect. Knowing that we had no hope of forcing him out of the vessel, we spread out across the system, expecting him to make a run for Manhattan. However, he went against all precedented smugglers, sacrificing profit to save his life, and fled for California. It is believed he sold them at California Minor.
The last event, the biggest one, was mentioned above, labelled as urgent. I believe one of my companions has records of the event. A passing Bounty Hunter was kind enough to retrieve me after the Unlawfuls had moved on.
It is by no way favoritism, and the next time you accuse someone of something such as that I may have to talk to your Commander about getting you reprimanded.

My reasoning behind this is down to two things.
One; if I gave you permission for one, I would have to give everyone else one, you are by no means 'special' or 'different' from the rest, no matter how over-confident you are.
Two; your attitude leads me to believe you are a rather careless pilot, so we are not trusting a ship to you which costs millions to repair.
Request, is denied.
Also, on your note about Kishiro, do you honestly think they would give us more after the LSF stole it from them?

Overconfident? By no means I am overconfident. Perhaps proud is what you're looking for?
Careless I am not. And by logic a ship that only costs a mere two million credits cannot cost more than that to repair.
Maybe if you apologized and compensated them.
By the way, I have switched to a Viper Mk. II fighter, which is slightly less powerful, but has the agility of a Guardian. Perhaps if you Officer types flew more fighters and bombers, rather than those outrageous capital ships, you might know more about your average fighter pilot.

As Agent Horrigan has already stated, the amount of criminals within the house have increased, spanning from smugglers to pirates, and on occasion, terrorists. With such an increase being impossible to go on unnoticed Sigil has been sent out as a house guard to assist the Navy and Security Force under the condition that, as a military mercenary, he will obey the orders of ranking pilots. We of the house guard look forward to being able to aid the Navy as we have aided the president in his protection. In the event that his ship is incapable of defeating certain forces that will inevitably be encountered, Sigi has been given an emergency link directly to the LAS-Freedom and will have it launched. In addition, Sigil has asked me to inform everyone that there will be some occasions where he will have to leave the system to collect on a ship deal.
A surprisingly quick day for me today, so in this report I will include yesterday's events as well.
Yesterday, I was training in Conneticut with Sub Lieutenant Malrone and Lieutenant Gunner. We received reports that there was a battle at West Point. Lieutenant Gunner and I left and arrived at West Point to find [522-Nova]Galahad, .:BW:.Fire.Punk and Johnny.Dangerously. Numerous =LSF= fighters and LNS were already on scene, engaging the pirates. -Zulu- was branded as a traitor, as he attacked =LSF=Copeland. The battle was moved out near the badlands, as the [522] thrusted farther and farther away from the main battle itself. Lieutenant Gunner and I pursued however he engaged his cruise engines and fled. The battle was pretty much over then, as Johnny was destroyed and the rest of the pirates and the traitor scattered.
Today, I linked up with the other Navy officers and began a sweep of Colorado. I found a pirate by the name of Coyote and a smuggler, Bandicoot. The smuggler had no contraband and quickly left, however Coyote stayed. He was wreaking havoc near Pueblo station, as he was a Lane Hacker. I called in for help as I engaged the pirate. Lieutenant Ypsilantis arrived and destroyed the hacker in the Silverton field.
After the brawl at Pueblo, we found an intruder in Alaska. I hopped onto my bomber as the contact was a Rogue Gunboat. Lieutenant Ypsilantis, Commander Winston and =LSF=Smith were already on scene attacking the pirate. The gunboat had three missile turrets and were quickly turned on me. My thruster and my weapons were destroyed, leaving only my supernova cannon. I ejected as the missiles tore through my ship.
Grabbing my spare bomber in the hanger, I departed from the Manhattan hospital, leaving with only minor injuries. The Durango and I intercepted LH:Phate, as he was following a KoF. I engaged him in a 1 vs 1 bomber duel. It was a close duel, however his torpedo shot my shield, saving me but leaving me without protection from another shot. The fight went on for approximately 15 minutes, until another torpedo shot through my ship. I ejected again, my pod heading toward Manhattan.

Today, When I first launched, I was alone. I decided to ensure the Trade Embargo with my new vessel, the Havoc MkII.
I launched from the Hangar of Planet Manhattan and headed myself to the Texas system. There the Dark Wings Bounty Hunters were scouting the system for criminals. Myself was announcing the trade embargo in the global system transmission. During this mission some other Navy Men we're on duty in New York and California
My first incoming trader from the Hamburg system was Feliks.Drane. He was carrying Military Vehicles. He said it was for Liberty Navy but the embargo can't permit it. Correct me if I'm wrong please. The second target was a Junker on the IFF: .:j:.Narem.Ignit . He was carrying Boron.
I've asked him where did he get this boron. He said it was from a friend of him. I was not sure if he was telling the truth but I let him pass.
In the case he would come back again with the same excuse and loot, I would tell him to turn back.

Later on the [LN]-LNS-Commonwealth ordered me to find Bill_Gates in New York system.
There was report from [KoF]-Engineer-Scotty that he was smuggling Artefacts.
Commonwealth ordered me if I find him to fine Bill_Gates 4 million Credits. I did found him with Scotty near the Planet Manhattan.
Of course the Artefacts were not in his cargo at this moment. I ordered Bill_Gates to pay his fine but he did not comply and was saying that he never smuggled anything.
But orders are orders. So I warned him many times but he never paid his fine.
He decided to escape, so Scotty and myself chased him till the Trade Lane West Point/California.
We engaged him but unfortunately I was not skilled enough to take him down to the authority.
He shot down my bomber. I engaged my escape pod at time. If the report of smuggling is true I want the person concerned to send me this proof. Because I might have missed something.

After repairing my ship on the Battleship Mississippi, I had to ensure the trade embargo again.
Squelch was carrying deuterium. I explained him the Trade Embargo and ordered to turn back to Rheinland. The pilot followed orders but he had troubles with his engines so it took time before he could engage the Trade Lane to Bering jump gate.

With Sub Lt Malrone we chased down a pirate that escaped to Bering.
We did not pursued him in Bering but we found another trader miss following the Trade Embargo.

During my mission of Embargo I sighted some outcast, rogues in Texas. I think they were preparing something.
They never engaged me in Texas as they always stayed at 5k or more and out of scan range.
Later I went back to the Planet Manhattan to launch my Avenger. Sub Lt Jack Malrone and Curtis Elwood were being engaged near Norfolk Shipyard.
The outcasts and rogues took down Sub Lt Malrone and myself.
