It is an idea I can support if done correctly. I could be nomads that got cut off from the rest, and have evolved a bit differant or something.. or maybe there was an accident? or maybe some human experiment... the possibilities are endless.

To the grave if I must
Because itâs flag that I love
And a flag that I trust
' Wrote:HellFire0, try to re-read my posts again till you understand they meant instead of jumping onto train of accusations.
Great. That is definitely improving you in my mind; thanks, but I can read perfectly well. I tried to look at it from both angles; from what I saw, everything I said was true. Your words express those points well, in my mind anyways. I was just trying to make suggestions, not accusations. All right, maybe saying you're selfish, imperfect, jealous, and that you hold grudges is an accusation...:P
Seriously though, I didn't mean it as accusations, simply suggestions. You cannot jump on your high horse once someone suggests something that has to do with your group. Also, like I said before, I tried looking at it from your perspective. I really did. However, all I thought was what I mentioned; what you've said about it causing the inevitable fall of Discovery is pretty high a presumption. I don't think that you're a clairvoyant, and what you're saying simply makes you look like someone proclaiming the apocalypse to me.
Hm... that part did come off as accusational. Oh well, some things I felt needed to be said.
EDIT: I understand that there was lots of time and effort put into the faction, and that Treewyrm doesn't want to to fade away. What I don't get it the insistence that anything other than their ideas will bring down their faction, and why not, the rest of Discovery with it.
EDIT2: @Orin Hasting Does it look like I'm posting any further? The only thing that really bothers me about this is how it was rejected so brutally, but I'm not continuing this... I don't want to create a flame war.
THEY TOLD ME I COULD BE ANYTHING SO I BECAME A SIGNATURE PLS HLP
Hellfire, you have to understand why faction leaders are very cautious with anything that has anything even remotely affecting their factions RP. All it takes is a little thing and chances of it affecting what you have put alot of time into raise dramatical. Tree has put an incredible amount of work into the Keepers and the nomad rp in general, and I think he is rightly concerned about the affect any other group would have on his factions rp.
He's already nurtured the notion of the possibility of another Nomad faction in the future, just not right now.
He and others have put too much work into this as it stands for another thing to get thrown in. There's a whole lot drawn up that we don't know yet. Please stop, Hellfire.

So I think the eventual conclusion here is that anyone wanting to create a new Nomad faction should do a few things:
1) Work with Treewyrm and others to ensure some continuity in the general RP of a Nomad. This could include detractors so long as they behave, inherently, as Nomads.
2) Work on the RP and see how it will fit in with any new things or information that come up in the next version or subsequent versions.
3) Be patient.
Is there any disagreement with these assertions? If no, I think this discussion is pretty much done.

Yes. There's nothing more to say here.
And if you want to, go for it Zelot. But it might be kind of awkward.
