Character data and communication in forum

I'm doing a character from scratches. It's a prototype Cyborg (char name: Prototype.cyborg-T1) created by Jeff Willdor and his crew. You can the origin of this character if you click in my sig on Captain Jeff Willdor. It should be post 4 and 5 I think

This character won't receive any credits transfer by my breeder.

As I said it's from scratches and his evolution will depend on what he will analyse in space and meet.

Jeff Willdor wishes him to become a mercenary who will work for him. Also the cyborg might become defective and he might turn his back from his creator in future. Again as I said it will all depend on what he will analyse and who he will meet on his way.

At the moment the cyborg his analysing the activities in liberty and discovering the systems. He is a small level for now flying a CSV.

I'm working on posting a data and communication channel for this character. Also other player would be able to interact in this post. Yea it would be a communication channel.

So I'm wondering where should I post that ? In the role playing HUB ? in the message dumps ?
OoooH... my head hurts, I'm confuse as I don't know where i should put that.
