From an unknown reason deep blue theme turned into blue solution*

It's annoying, and I don't know how to change it. How to fix?

If not, then it is because the site will go back to default settings when no profile is logged in. Deep Blue is not the default.

Bottom left corner, there should be a box that says Blue Solution/Abstract/whatever. Change it to Deep Blue for maximum amount of sanity.
