Players used to be able to request to be banned while they went on holiday for this reason. But they stopped it.:(
I have no clue what you're trying to say there, but the fact is that neither account bans nor IP bans necessarily prevent characters from being wiped during inactive player wipes. The software does not work perfectly, and sometimes they may get wiped and sometimes they may not.
So "freezing" accounts by banning them does not guarantee anything.
