Well the processor boost made a huge difference. However due to your upload speed it wasn't very friendly. had mild yellow lag off and on. more on than off however. Overall the processing power seems to have made a massive difference and all the traditional lag pproblems are gone.
I can host pretty well however I'm having second thoughts about hosting as I've been getting into battlefield 2 alot lately and can't play that on the laptop.
However my PC is stable enough to run multiple games, and have in the past lol. Awhile back I was actually trading in FL while playing Star Wars Galaxies. That was in 4.80 when we had the 'ub-wh0r3' trains tho.
GMT+1 hour. Usually lag free at this time. Ping at 435, usually 135-150.
Yellow showing alot of the time, though I suspect that is just the connection speed.

Yes. That's because the seabone (AKA international link) from Argentina to the rest of the world sucks.
So that kind of lag will be there all the time. Can't fix that unless i get a satellite link (which is ~2x more expensive for 1/2 the speed), or server is mounted elsewhere.
For what I've seen tonight, every time some player initiated a fight with many NPC, traffic increased 2x.
That is because the server transmits the info on the location of many objects to all players.
(If you find any mistake in my English, please let me know via a PM)
(Really, I speak terrible English, so please, tell me if I make mistakes. I'd like to improve it a bit )

Guess that proves my theory.. too many NPCs generate more lag... ?
