Made the Ring run today and it was all clear all the way. Although I seem to have an issue with my short range navigations. I got hung upon multiple trade lanes today. Need to have Carl take a look at the short range nav system. Either that or I was just way off on my calculations for lane entry. Then again I am out of coffee and that would do it. Must remember to get some more onboard before the next trip. Although the IMG boys here at Cardiff only stock the miners special blend which is so stout you can stand a spoon in it.

A nice easy run out to The Ring today. Ran into some of those AEG escort folks in New Berlin. I still do not want to see the cost of having a BHG BC escort. I begged off and told them to have a nice day. They seem like nice enough fellas but I'll stick with our S/D boys and gals.
The way back to Cambridge was a tad bit more interesting. Got into O-3 and got a report of 2 unfavorables cruising about from the folks at Freeport 1. So I took the long way around and avioded the trade lanes compleatly. Takes a bit longer but it was comical as they tried to find me. I was out of the system before they even knew the route I took. Dropped the cargo at planet Cambridge and stayed put as there appeared to be a couple of potentials cruising about between Norfolk and Cambridge. I'll put a call into the IMG boys to have a load ready for pick up tomorrow.
Note to Sagittarius- I too have run into that Regan character and yeah he's a power trader. No respect for the lanes and he's rammed me a few times. Just easier to get out of his way since he seems the type to not handle comments all that well. Well thats it for me gonna grab a bit to eat and then off to do some shopping since we are holes up here at cambridge. My first officer Brent wants me to look at some investment property he has lined up. Hard to explain to him I have no interest in being a land lord. He's all about the angles.

Made the Ring run today and took one of our S/D boys with me. Mr Raya "Crash " Remnant flew escort for me. Good working with that guy. We made it to the Ring and back with engine components in no time. No pirate activity detected.
Time for Gemini's engine overhaul. Man you can rack up the hours on these babies real fast. Having the IMG boys at Cardiff do it for me. Should be up and running in a few days.

Well Engine over haul went well. Got those IMG boys to load me up and took off for the Ring. Nice smooth running all the way there and back. I did notice a ton of police traders in the lanes today. Had to have been about eight of them. Anyhow back at Cardiff waiting to get another load of Beryllium.
