It fits well, just a little predictable maybe.
I took what you guys said to heart and decided to revise my model. It's coming along pretty well so far, gave it a more unique flair, but it still looks like it belongs to the rogues. So, what do you think?
I understand that my last post was a little too strongly worded but, please don’t be childish. If you would prefer more constructive criticism from me, you should just ask.
The reason why I don’t like your model is because you have constructed it out of pre-existing ship parts from the Pirate line. Your design communicates very little thought about line shape or function. It appears to me that you are only considering how to make something with the current greyhounds shape out of parts found on the existing pirate ships.
I know modeling is hard; I have spent the last year or so trying to learn, but you and several of the other upstart modellers need to step beyond arranging pieces of existing work. It’s helpful for learning the software, but it is of no help when you want to make something original.
Yes but quality over quantity, everthing will get replaced eventually but when it is the best possible model should go in. I don't feel that this really does the Rogue / Molly its due creative justice.
Your work is good, but for me it lacks a certain sense of creativity. The ship doesn't feel like it belongs to me, and some places it does in fact look like a kitbash to my eyes.
Try lowering the vertical dimensions, and elongate the front. Play around, try new things, and then try some old ones. For me right now the work is leaning towards mediocre without some sort of originality or flair added.
It seems it's a good idea so far. As a thought though, looking at it, what if it was somewhat taller proportionally? The other ships of the sort seem a lot taller than wide.

That wasn't me acting childish. It was done in good humor in an attempt to lighten the mood.
This model was also constructed 100% from scratch. I didn't take any parts from the existing ships. Things like the engines, yes I looked at the existing models to help me build them, but I did them by myself. So now you're just assuming without having any facts, but I'm going to take that as a completment. Seems my ship fits so well you thought I copied it from parts of other ships. Ha.
This, by the way, is the very first (not including the tutorial) model I've built in a 3D program. I have no prior experience with modeling.
