Well say I've got a trader, he gets pirated, cooperates, pays.
Am I allowed to get a fighter, which is the same PERSON in-RP, and go blast the pirate out of space?
For example, if I had an Outcast P-train and a Sabre who was the same person in-RP, just flying different ships, would I be allowed to go kill a Corsair who pirated my trader?
Switching vessels to engage the same person is re-engaging and therefore against the rules, same character or not in rp, out of rp, thinking of rp or doing circles around rp. What are we talking about again?

NO!

Yes, but if I PAID, no shots were fired, so no engagement had occurred...
Why not? There's only a rule that says you can't engage for 4 hours after an ENGAGEMENT, nothing of a piracy.
EDIT:
Quote:*For purposes of these Rules, an attack is draining shields to 50% or lower, or hull damage, or when a Cruise Disruptor is fired. Intentional ramming of any large ship is also considered an attack.
No you cannot, as a cruise disruptor is fired in most cases to stop the transport and that is classed as a attack, even if you there isn't don't do it anyway, just in case.
