Pretty sure I've seen that Dessie hanging around Manhattan a few times, advise you have it stop. It makes us very angry, and more than likely to find a Dreadnought sitting in the cracks somewhere.

Other than that, the application or whatever you want to call it looks good. May want to check that some of your members are actually registered on the forums and have made themselves known, I'm not sure about a few of those people.

For the Core.

You guys and your capital ships are part of the problem of giving us a bad rep with the Navy. And let me tell you, we're not happy about that.

The Liberty Rogues are a pirate organisation, it requires us to be low key, avoid the LPI and Navy and pirate unsuspecting traders. When you and yours go trouncing into New York in your big fancy ships you put a big red mark on the rest of us.
You know what that mark says?
It says we are a dangerous terrorist organisation, and warrents the Liberty Navy use of force to eliminate us, and responded they have with excessive force. And we're getting the blunt end of it in our fighters and bombers.

There seems to be a misunderstanding between us here in the LR and the Wolves, so let me make this abundantly clear. We (And when I say we, I'm not refering to the LR faction, but the NPC faction as a whole) are pirates, and if you are going to continue your terrorist actions against the Liberty Navy, you should seperate yourselves from us entirely. You are bringing down the hammer hard on your comrades by drawing attention to our organisation.

Your actions are more akin to that of Xenos, than Rogues (for lack of a better example with in Liberty).

Speaking on behalf of the LR, i must say that every dessie sighted in NY gives us much headache. Cruisers and Gunboats regulary start popping up in our ZOI as soon as a member logs on and it is becomming even more and more hard to work like this.

Yesterday i had a pm that there is a Wolves tagged destryoer in NY. By the time i loged on, he was gone and when i get to a pc, ill see what was the name. All i am saying is if its a flagship, it is not supposed to be near manhattan, dont use caps.

In rp, every time you do that, navy builds up defences and it wont help small groups like the rogues to be assulted by assult carriers every time anyone peers out to pirate.

This is not how you take critisism. That wasnt a empty threat, my friend. Every time you do something like that, the lawful population in capships grow and it makes the life of people who use fighters and bombers VERY hard.

If you were an indie and saw an OC dessie raping everything, what would you think... "Ohhh...ill need to trade and get a BHG BC to counter those and protect liberty!"

Just the problem is that said BC wont hunt Wolves only, oh no, my friend, he will come after us as well and sit near Alcatraz Depot and kill any LF and bomber that undocks.

Adian, i need to have a word with you about this over skype, PM me when you are around.

I'm afraid I have to echo the sentiments of the others. If you want to fly an RM-1 shooting up lawfuls in capital orbit, use the Outcast ID. Not that doing that at all is good, but the Rogues' RP doesn't entail open warfare like that.

The only further public response to this that I have is the following:

Liberty Rogue ID states:
Quote:Pilot carrying this ID has joined the Liberty Rogues. Pirate ID grants its owner right to scan other ships and demand cargo (Not allowed for cruisers and Battleships), engage bounty hunters and lawfuls, fulfill bounty contracts, participate in military operations the unlawful side, and trade. Pirate ID allowed ships:Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers(limited), battleships(limited).
Carrying unmounted IDS in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID is a serious crime.

So #1
Quote:engage bounty hunters and lawfuls

#2
Quote:participate in military operations the unlawful side,

#3
Quote:allowed ships:Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats, Cruisers(limited), battleships(limited).

The Direwolf does not engage ANY ship unless it is engages first. The rare occasions the she does leave the badlands, she NEVER approaches within 20k of Planet Manhattan. If our actions bring heat to you LR and DPL, I apologize. but we are working within the confines of our IDS.

From this point on I will discuss this and any other issues regarding the operations and make up of the Blood Wolves with the crime boss and his second in command only and in those cases through secure communications only.

OOC: both myself and my "brothers" are fairly sick of every time we come out in a ship no larger than a gunboat getting jumped but 3 to 5 lawfuls in cap ships... if we were in destroyers.

BTW this thread was created for the purpose of the information found in the first post. Please limit your comments to that topic.

Finn, I think you might want to consider being more open to feedback here. If responses sound annoyed, that means there have already been problems with your group, and you might want to be sensitive to that.

A couple other things: Your ID is not the only thing that matters in how you play. Diplomacy of existing groups, the history of their interaction on this server, what is fair and enjoyable to others, etc., are all considerations as important as your ID. The ID is a hard limit, yes, but it's only a basic one, a starting point. You're not just accountable to that ID - you're accountable to the community as well.

Second, I suggest you be more open to public critique if you want to post this info publicly. For one thing, it makes you look more willing to be a constructive part of the community. For another, it prevents 20 people from PM-ing you with the same complaint.

Oh, and there's no sense in posting such info for public feedback and not then allowing feedback on how you carry it out. Welcome the concerns of others if you're really interested in being a viable group on this server.

I am very open to public critique of the group description document I originally posted. That is why I posted it. I was and still am looking for feedback to make it the best it can be, based on the framework as it exists.

I don not feel that this is the proper place for the comments and complaints that were posted. there are better means and and places for that. If you or anyone else would like to offer helpful comments on the original post.. please do.
