1 bomber
Summary:
After escorting a Rhienland blockade smuggler to the bering Jumpgate a SWAT officer suddenly transponded an SoS. he reported 4 Rhienland vessals, a patrol fleet in vicinity of the Bering JG. Responding to his SoS me and ensign Casero rushed to the gate, we immedietly engaged when we found out that there were 2 gunboats and a bomber, the other GB apparently cloaked ((logged)). a fight ensued but we were no match against there gunboats. I called in for backup and and got a crapload of more rienforcements than i excpected. It looked like the whole bloddy fleet arrived. Haha i did not ask for that much but it is better than nothing. To my astonishment 2 Battlecruiser class vessals and a number of fighter escorts arrived on the scene and the real battle began. The battle was long as an ion storm inturrupted the fray, but as it cleared the fighting began again.
In the heat of the moment I was being targeted upon and i was almost destroyed, my vessal crippled and regens depleted but out of bravery ensign Casero risked his life and transferred repair bots to me and saved me from being destroyed. I recomment him for a medal of valour, he deserves it.
Unfortunetly after a long while my ship was badly damaged by the Gunboat, i drifted the completely crippled bomber back to houston for repairs. I was updated regarding the battle and found out that we had repelled the invaders, and i was the only casually, a shame. After the battle we moved forces to the bering at the texas gate, just incase Rhienland reinforcements arrived but it seemed that they had learned there lesson.
Here is a picture of the calm before the storm, right when our forces clashed
BAttle REPORT:
Liberty force:
1 badly damaged bomber, managed to crash land it and resalvage the parts
Rhienland Forces:
all vessals destroyed or retreated

RE: Squadrons and Flight Leads
Sirs and Mesdames
I would like to submit a suggestion. I request the formations of Squadrons headed by a Flight Lead of sufficient rank and competency. I believe that through this organization, we will be more effective on the battlefield and be able to carry out multiple tasks that would turn the tide of battle. The squadrons should be organized into groups of 3-4 fighters or 2-3 bombers, or a combination of these. A note here, squadrons don't have to be set in stone, they can be configured for different battles and scenarios, however, I do suggest there be a general assigned squadron for training and patrol purposes.
Just my input.
Ensign Kent Toliman, Liberty Navy
P.S. For those who haven't heard, my wife, Clara and I have a new baby girl, Sophia Toliman. I'll be back on active duty tomorrow after my wife is settled in.
After that episode, which Lt. Antonio Backus reported, I moved to patrol New York.
Between West Point and Norfolk, I found an advanced train on cruise engines heading Norfolk, I came close to the transport, once in scan range, I found him with 4980 slaves. My train disruptor cutted his cruise engines, and the target opened fire on me. With help of the Captain Toronto from the LPI, we made that train unoperational. Two transports helped us to traslade the survivors to Norfolk, the transports called SGTMatt, and LMM-Far.Star.
I believe Lt.Backus has already covered much of the debacle near the Bering gate, however I will put my input on it as well. The main battle split into three different skirmishes, with General Kaitlyn fighting a bomber, myself and Captain Toronto both in Upholders against a gunboat, and a Battlecruiser with several fighters against the rest of the Rheinland battlegroup. There were still ion interference in the area and landing shots on the Rheinland gunboat was difficult, but with the Captain, we were able to destroy the Rheinland vessel. We quickly rushed to assist the General, and with several jousts, the bomber and later the gunboat was destroyed. Here are some of the guncam images of the fight:
My current patrols in Liberty have come close to nothing these past couple days. The only significant event that occured was a fight between myself and LSF Fortunate Son against 2 Xenos in their Eagles. I, in my bomber was outmatched against these agile fighters and was forced to eject after a few minutes of fighting. I have no extensive information on what happened after I ejected.
Also, good to see the new influx of recruits comming in. Good luck and hope to see you all out there. Finally, I am currently creating a master roster for all who are in service to the Liberty Navy at the moment. It should be in completion soon and our rosters updated.

RE: STATUS
Miss Ibanez,
I'm not 100% sure about your current status In the [LN]. There has been no evidence that you have been accepted into our ranks (however there is no evidence that you have been rejected either). This is a simple mater of security. You are free to continue to operate within Liberty, however, It would be advisable to remove your the tag until there is confirmation from the higher-ups.
The prototype has thus far performed decently under Moderate-to-Light Combat situations, however Power Core concerns prevent me from suggesting wide-scale use of this weapon.
In Heavy Combat situations, the cannons drained the Power Core to extremes, thus decreasing the fighting capabilities of the ship due to a lack of power for other weapon systems.
However in Moderate and Light Combat situations it has performed to great expectations, the lack of shield penetration concerns us at the 128th Research and Development, but just balance it out with Civilian Debilitators and it should be fine according to the test pilot.
This concludes our brief report on the THOR'S HAMMER prototype, our test weapon will be transferred to a LSF or LN Unit for further field testing.
Hello boys and girls and assorted upper ranked people who I need to respect.
To start off, Ensign Toliman, massive congratulations on the baby, I have sent a few credits to help you out, as I know how difficult raising a child can be in today's day and age, and I sure don't need them.
Other than that, some nomads and Outcasts invaded NY today, managed to get myself a kill, and the rest of the ships were dispatched under the excellent command of Vice Admiral Malaign.
