Until further notice, embargo duty is a low priority. Until we can get a handle on the piracy problem in the rest of Liberty, the Navy is going to have to do embargo duty on their own.
It will do no good to blockade Texas when Lane Hackers are in Manhattan orbit, Liberty Rogues have cut the lanes in California, Miners in Pennsylvania are getting robbed at gunpoint, and Agiera is under constant attack in Colorado.
To Reiterate: Elimination of piracy and crime first, embargo is second.
I will be seeking direction from the Chief on this Matter.
End of Message.

Complete sweep of Texas system completed. 2 embargo violators turned around without incident. I know we were supposed to leave that to the navy now... but they were too busy "handling the war", Also at the time there were no other pressing matters requiring police action.
Made a sweep of New York, Surprisingly little activity.
Deputy Chief O'Brian had a folder in front of him.
This was a special folder.
He was waiting for someone to come by so he could show it to him.
There came a knock at the Door
"Enter" said Hull.
Sgt. Alfred De Beckon entered and closed the door behind him.
"I have a special assignment I would like for you to take on. I have seen your Personnel record and I think you are the man for the job" Intoned Hull. He passed the folder to the Sergeant
De Beckon read the contents of the folder, closed his eyes, and asked " For how long?"
"A couple of weeks for now, then we will see how it goes from there." replied Hull.
"And Afterwards?" asked De Beckon.
"If you like it, you can stay for awhile. Otherwise, we get someone else".
"I'm In" stated De Beckon, "When do I leave?"
"Tonight, everything is in place, you just have to put things into motion" Replied Hull.
With a nod to the Deputy Cheif, He was off.

It all began quiet. I joined Sergeant Aiden Maggard to do some patrols - everything was surprisingly calm in New York. We moved on to Texas to do some overseeing of the embargo. Everything was going smoothly until we came across a trader working for a rheinland company - Kruger. He was hauling toxic waste from NY to "his station". He was immediately stopped and asked to drop his cargo and leave Liberty or face destruction. The man was persistant to keep his cargo pretending to care for the enviorement and such. We fired a couple of warning shots leaving his hull at 20%. That didnt help too - after another failed attempt to make him drop the cargo, we opened fire on him and blew him into oblivion.
See the file on the other side of this page for proof:
After that things went back to being quiet until a hacker gunship suddenly showed up. For our surprise he assaulted us at our position 1000 meters from the BS Mississippi. I suspect the hacker to have been high on cardi, because he apparently did not notice the BS as it blasted the hacker to pieces. See the back of the page for evidence:
Shortly after that...event, a couple of Unioners have appeared from somewhere. They assaulted a navy ship and we rushed to the assist. After a not very prolonged fight, one of them decided to break off and make a run for the JG. We stayed on target and despite his determination to evade us, we shot him down:
We lost sight of the other one... he eighter fled or was destroyed by another vessel.
I suggest we look into it because lately these Unioners are getting bolder by the second. Maybe they want to expand to Texas.
Lastly the known pirate by the name of Jarek_70 showmed up aswell. After refusing to leave the system, s. Maggard and the LSF agent attacked him. I decided to stand by and not engage to keep the odds relatively fair. After a short fight, the pirate vessel was put out of commission and the pilot arrested:
Today was an incredible day for the liberty lawdogs. Definately the busiest and noisiest for the past week. For me it all started when I joined with sergeant Maggard. NY was clean so we headed for Texas to perform border patrols and enforce the embargo. Had the usual headaches with traders but it was alright until we came across a smuggler. He was carrying 1000 units of cardamine. We stopped him and put our ultimatum - he was to drop the contraband and pay a fine of 2 000 000 credits or face destruction and arrest. After a prolonged silence, the trader started to run. A few seconds after the ship was destroyed and the smuggler arrested:
After this event we had a couple of encounters with a trader who ignored our orders to stop and got away twice. We decided that such behaviour will not be tolerated, so we proceeded to ambush the returning trader at the Bering gate. He was quite surprised when he saw us face to face and stopped. We enforced a tax on him - 4 million for disobeying orders multiple times and smuggling goods out of Liberty to Rheinland. He decided to ignore us for the third time and run which was his last mistake. His ship was destroyed and the pilot transported to Sugarland.
Note that the goods from the two traders were confiscated, sold and the profits relayed to Rikers.
Me and the sergeant were contacted by an LSF agent requesting our assistance in NY. Upon our arrival we noticed that NY was swarmed with pirates and terrorists. All we had as reinforcements were 2 LSF agents and 2 LPI officers (us). After sending a destress call to the navy comms and having no responce, we gathered what help we could find and marched forward to battle (indies joined the group). The intense fight took place at no more than 15,000 meters from Manhattan. I suspect the overwhelming pirate and hostile activity was provked by the presense of the Bretonian ambassador aboard a Bretonian Capital ship. Having in mind the situation, all traders and non military personnel were advised to leave the system for their own safety. The battle began and it went for long time. We were facing all kinds of craft varying from Sabre's to Falcatas both missile spamming and gun oriented. Soon the fight took its first victim - the rogue vessel Alpha1. Shortly the pirate vessel Jarek_70 followed. Shortly after another hostile vessel bent under our combined efforts - Razgriz-1, followed by DJ.Gerbiamas. The nearby xeno, who was last to be alive, after seeing that he stands no chance, engaged his cruise engines and disappeared.
After this tiresome fight ended, we recieved an SOS call from the Ambassador's ship - he was under attack by mercs. Our strike force, consisting of [LN]-Jake.Ryan, LNS-Ithaca, LPI-Aiden.Maggard[S] and me, after quick rearming and refueling at WP headed for California to assist our allies. We came found the Ambassador's ship under heavy and constant bombarding by 2 merc vessels. We engaged in another long lasting fight trying to save the diplomat's life. He was told to make a run for it while our forces were diverting the enemy's attention and he did. The enemy fire now targeted our BC - Ithaca. On top of that another hacker Gunship appeared and opened fire on our cruiser. Soon the first of the two mercs-K.Mihawk was annihilated. The second one, by the name of Bellerophon-B realizing he has no chance began to run and evade us. A minute later he was left with no bats/bots with 0.1% hull. Thanks to his very good evasion skills, he managed to elude us all the way to California Minor where he finally found his death. The Hacker Gunship realized he was left alone with closing in navy and lpi ships, not to mention the assault battlecruiser, cruised away and left scanner range.
After another successful fight, me and Sarge Aidan returned to NY just to find ourselves in the middle of hostile ships...again. This time there were several outcast ships tagged *| , A hacker vessel and a hacker gunship.
Firstly we gathered our forces at plant Manhattan to see the Exiled.Warewolf hacker incoming. He was destroyed by the Bounty hunter who joined our group. We proceeded to find our next target - *|Kepejas. LSF agent Internity requested that he fought the outcast alone so we did not interfere until a hacker gunship by the name of Neprotauju appeared. Our forces attacked the vessel and destroyed it rather quickly. Internity also managed to disable and arrest his target. Upon the destruction of the gunship, I recieved a distress call from a navy capital ship requesting assistance near WP. I alerted our forces and we proceeded to help the man who was under heavy attack by outcast vessels. We engaged and soon after we took our first victim - the outcast *|Blogis. His assisting hostile vessels were destroyed aswell. Unfiortunately the Maine - the battlecruiser we went to help suffered irreversable damage and the crew had to evacuate. They were safely transported to WP for medical assistance.
After this fight me, Sergeant Williams and officer Masket headed out to patrol Texas. After turning a couple of traders around for violating the embargo, we came across the pirate ship Jarek_70 again. After seen so much fights and death today, the hunt for the pirate felt like a soft summer breeze. After about 5 minutes, the pirate was arrested.
With this event my shift ended. I want to recognise the excelent skills and team work of all the agents and officers involved in today's events. Our fighter wing suffered no casualties at all whilst the hostile vessels were completely destroyed. Very Good work, gentlemen.

I would like to echo those sentiments. This was an incredible showing of what the LPI is capable of now and in the future. For those who fought for freedom and the LPI today, WITHOUT THE LOSS OF A SHIP, I say Bravo Zulu. I will be watching your careers with great interest.
The LPI isn't just a couple of people , it is all of us, working as a team. I am seeing more and more of this and I wish to encourage it.

My first time being in space on my own was suprisingly short.
Upon undocking, I immediatley saw the rouge antima and the junker Jack, something, pirating a trader.
antima has police pilots in his hold and when asked to dop them he opened fire while I was attempting to answer why he should drop them when he had "worked so hard for them".
My ship was destryoyed in 2 shots and I gave my ejector seat its first test. I am happy to say that it works well.
Lesson learned from this: Don't sit still while arguing with a pirate.

Until we hear from the Chief again, I guess we will carry on like he would want us to.
So, lets start with the SWAT application:

Dear Chief,
I hereby request to be admitted as a member of SWAT. Please don't hurt me. I will go back to cleaning toilets if you so desire. My only wish is to perform whatever duty will keep me away from you. I mean, keep me from getting in your way. Please use me as a member of SWAT. I can take the pain no longer. Those bricks hurt....really bad.
Your Humble Officer,
Seymore Justice
Seymore walks back out of the office, closes the door carefully, and then runs like hell.
Approved Setup a SWAT bomber for now, either a upholder of a Havoc, unitl I get permission for some more SWAT fighters.
