The LPI may not travel into the badlands however the Liberty Navy will chase you into the Badlands if you generally manage to instigate them the same with the LSF...

Magellan/Cortez is jointly owned by Bretonia and Liberty... And the IMG in a few spots.

Magelland and Cortez are called independent worlds for a reason. Neither Liberty nor Bretonia own them, but they do run border patrols. These are international space.

The LPI should not be in the badlands, and the navy in -very few occasions-.

The only thing here that I can comment on is the occasion where the LPI was chasing him into the badlands, and that was because they were following the orders of an LSF pilot who will remain un-named..

I didn't arrive until after he was destroyed, but when I found out that the LPI had gone deep into the badlands, I ordered them out.

aaanyway, other than that, give the guy a break eh?
