If your fleeing to Rochester to dock on it, your lucky the lawfuls arn't reporting you to the Junker Congress and having them ban you from all their bases...
I was on my .:j:., with three other .:j:.s when this guy broke the 5k no-fire-zone around rochester after being told about 100 times not to, so yeah, him docking on Rochester is pretty bad form.
I was helping Esther Carson try to collect a bounty on someone that fled into the badlands. Hey - we're hunters, and don't CARE about little things like that. :) But you happened to be nearby and butted in, and then you let her go, and chased me through normal space almost all the way to New York before catching me and destroying my poor ship... :(

Yea, happened to my mercenary a while ago...
At one point, I had 2 cruisers, 1 BC, 5 fighters, and a couple of bombers chasing after my lone taiidan because I guess I pissed someone off pretty bad.
I don't have a problem with you killing people. But a Hacker going into New London is way out of roleplay, and out of the Hacker's ZoI. Manchester and Leeds should be the only place a Hacker can go.
If you want to pirate in New London, get a Molly or Corsair character, hell even a Gaian.
