I have seen several members of our wonderful clan have other characters in hostile factions!! Yesterday, I called for help from Supernova, who i assumed would assist me in cambridge. Instead (Idiot) he switched to his sso| character... This is going to stop right now. We are not going to have members in hostile factions! Common sense Super!!! All HF must pick the clan they are going to stay in hostile faction or HF? Post if you wish to appeal on this subject. Mark Kaine out.
I am a long-absent Supreme Commander, Executive Commander, Grand Admiral, Fleet Admiral, and Captain in the mighty Hellfire Legion. I have returned, and am on an urgent mission from Drake Thastus to return the Legion to its former glory, and to claim the galaxy for its own. Only then will I be able to rest.
RP Story (Still deciding whether or not to finish)
I always thought that the rule about faction should be changed.
Allowing people to join all factions is a BAD idea. You cannot calculate your forces in case of a war because you don't know if your people will fight on your side or any other side.
I liked more when you could join 1 SO faction and 1 RP faction.
(If you find any mistake in my English, please let me know via a PM)
(Really, I speak terrible English, so please, tell me if I make mistakes. I'd like to improve it a bit )

You've got a good point there Korrd...
When the faction restrictions were opened up, I though 'hey great!' But now things are starting to get confusing.
*takes a look at his own siggy... thinks about the faction characters not listed there...*
well, not that you're wrong, but in my humble opinion... I think it can be done, if you can separate who has the priority...
For me, the Outcasts will always, the rest are just secondary, on the other hand, if I log on as one char, I'll always be that char, they all have their stories and backgrounds and corresponding reputations...
I'm acting like that char.
If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor

Think Nightfall has a point with the deciding upon a primary faction when part of multiple factions. With SF, I'd expect anyone ranked Captain or higher to have their SF chars as priority. Lieutenants I wouldn't expect to have SF as there priority but would expect them to defend Cambridge.
Might have been in this case, Supernova just showed that his priority is for his SSO char
