Let me report first off that those skinny advanced train transport ships are extremely difficult to tag with a SNAC. Count_Crotchula--smuggler non-extraordinaire, eluded police forces, docked into Planet Manhattan before the order to lock the gates could be given and sold his cargo. Sergeant Maggard and I waited outside the Planet to see if he would be foolish enough to emerge. The smuggler didn't disappoint. He undocked, acting as if nothing was wrong and tried to take the lanes toward West Point. We commanded him to stop, and I fired a couple train CD's to assure myself that he would. After a couple more attempts to get him to halt his ship, Maggard finally had had enough, and gave the command to "toast him." I have to say, I was happy to oblige and got some good SNAC practice in. The first one hit and immediately took out his shields. But I missed that skinny ship so many times with the next attempts, that I should be kicked back to the rank of Recruit. Finally, however, I landed a killing hit with my SNAC, and Maggard took his pod into custody.
Pic of the arrest
Other than that, the night was uneventful for me. Finally, a night of relative peace. *Sighs*

Hmm where to start? On the two month anniversary of the LPI capturing an Outcast Destroyer, we manage to capture a Rogue Gunboat. Our training is definitely shining through, and all involved performed their actions admirably.
The Rogue Gunboat La, Villa Strangiato, surrendered itself without conflict. Captain Eugene Debs, and his crew are now residence of Cell Block C of Sugarland pending their ultimate trial. Deputy Williams and myself are both submitting positive reports, to reflect that the crew of this ship were fully cooperative and this should be reflected in their sentencing.
This day also marks my official return to duty, pending the incident which unfortunately forced me to take a leave of absense, and upon my return I couldnt be more proud of the LPI for their courage and skill.
Well done out there tonight pilots. Take a well deserved break and get some R&R.

Because itâs flag that I love
And a flag that I trust
While Sentinel was on patrol this afternoon, a smuggler vessel under the codename of "Brimfire". He was attempting to dock reach planet Manhattan via a inner ring run of the Trade Ring network under its cruise engines.
Sentinel succeeded in delaying the smuggler, but calculated that damage per minute would be insufficient to destroy the vessel after three attempts to divert smuggler to a port. Following pre-programmed directives, Sentinel called for backup. LSF pilot Julia.Wolfe arrived with heavy weaponry that was more than efficient in destroying the smuggler.
Sentinel 101, delays the big guns destroys. That is the role for Sentinel against large craft.
Sentinel would also like information regarding the new weapon upgrades that are shown on the following gun camera image.
Bad news gentlemen. All I've been getting over the last several hours is countless messages from the Sentinel wing. They keep demanding new protocols on how to handle these 'Oracle' units.
A few days ago while performing a mission, Sentinel 301 encountered two Oracle combat vessels of unknown composition attacking a LNS_Hamburger and another pilot of the Navy. The Sentinel asked if assistance was needed, even though it was not combat ready, the 301 joined combat where it was quickly overpowered by these unknown vessels.
Since then, the Sentinel auto placed the Oracles on its hostile, but unconfirmed list.
Last night, it seemed that two Oracles were sitting in Manhattan orbit, talking nonsense, however, these were civilian based craft carrying capable weaponry. They claimed to be pacifists, but pacifists with weapons? The Sentinel 201 Alpha was rather confused by these conflicting properties.
The 201 unit engaged in peaceful communications with the units. The units were:
Oracle|Sev
Oracle|Zenon
The Sentinel believed them to by criminals, and but hearing they were pacifists moved to a peaceful removal of said ships via the following demands:
"Oracle units, your allied units flying the Oracle identification have been seen in combat against Sentinel's fellow brother 301, and Naval officers of Liberty. This is deemed as a hostile act toward Liberty and her forces. I must ask you to leave Liberty, or you will be arrested for questioning regarding this issue."
The Oracle units were dumbfounded by what they deem as "corrupt and pathetic" demands regarding how we handle 'religious' members.
Religious or not, 301 has seen Oracle units of unknown origin attack fellow ships, and our 301 unit.
Can the LPI or even the LN give us details on these odd Oracle ships and pilots?
//I did see Oracle units attack navy ships, but I don't have any shots. I keep forgetting it. I realize there is a faction going on with Oracles, but how do I deal with them?

Unless I'm mistaken, if theres no evidence we cant do anything about it. Hence why we don't just shoot pirates on sight. We may know very well that they commit acts of piracy and whatever else, but if theres no pictures to prove they did it then we cant engage. Innocent until proven guilty.

This is why I am attempting to gather evidence on those unknown vessels, curse the old Mk II gun cameras... so fragile.
Work started out simple. I went out and performed some training exercises with the Erie police in a Starflyer before they planted me in a Patriot for duty and patrol. I got right to work once in the cockpit.
Took several missions. Eliminated 2 dangerous cargo, retrieved 3 sensitive cargo, arrested 4 wanted felons, eliminated 3 more who resisted arrest. Also destroyed several fighters in each engagement and brought the pilots back for incarceration. Impounded their cargo and equipment; received bonus per item as is standard.
Encountered Xeno Jack Williams. Escorted Ageira transports hauling arms to protect them from being raided by the Xeno. Monitored his movements until Nomads appeared. Refrained from combat due to being outmatched, but observed and called for backup. Responders noted in guncam logs.
Fended off attack from The_Accusor, whom fired on me for 'tolerating Xenos and Nomads'. I engaged and drove him off without major harm to the vessel.
Engaged Xeno Jack.Williams who was holding hostages when he tried to flee LPI and LSF forces negotiating for the release of said prisoners. Jacob was shot down. Lost navigational control after rescuing Jacob's escape pod. Landed on Philadelphia station for repairs. Continued patrols in the system until order was established.
Departed for New York. Engaged 4 bloodhounds upon emerging in system. Pilots and impounded items were lost in transit when a spatial distortion destroyed my fighter as I approached Manhattan to land. Origin believed to be ADMIN vessel. Reason for attack unknown. I was picked up and shuttled back to Planet Erie for my replacement craft. Docked at Philadelphia for medical examination and report. Injuries minimal, overnight observation required. New fighter being outfitted with my last recorded load-out and configuration. In short, I will be back up tomorrow if my condition holds.
Today, I woke up with Sergeant Aiden Maggard screaming through the comms for me to get my arse out of bed and make a bee-line to Fort Bush. I had no clue as to what I was going to face, numbers, names, nothing. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes, put on my uniform and badge, hopped into my Libby and screamed from Planet Houston, to Fort Bush as fast as that little engine could thrust.
Coming upon the scene, Maggard again screamed into my ears to hurry and engage. Good thing too, cause I admit I was almost ready to fall asleep at the helm. Arriving, I saw a thick melee of Outcast and lawful ships engaged in heavy combat. I quickly spoke my engagement to all, and picked a target out of the bunch to take out. One by one, the unlawfuls began dropping. Finally, we managed to take out the stragglers and achieved victory with no LPI losses. A good day if I do say so myself.
Immediately after the battle, I hustled it back to Houston, so I could finish that nap that was so rudely interupted.
I have some pics of the battle which will identify who was involved in the fight and the happy results for the LPI:
