Could also be a Brute Force attack via Botnets, very nasty kind of attack... Denial of Service is a git.

Brute force is a means to an end... An attack with brute force will take a long time for sure, but what would they be after anyway?
And using botnet to crack FL servers... sad, can't see anyone but a true fanatic do this.
