No one is saying that there isnt a place for feedback. That said, just because the people involved in the faction do not agree with you, does not mean that you werent listened to. Someone not agreeing with your feedback may just come from them thinking they know better how to run their faction, and isnt that in the end the responsibility of the person and people running the faction? To run it how they feel is best? So if Joey feels this is what is best for the faction, isnt that what he should do? Or should he run the faction how you think is best even if he disagrees with it?
So, first off, the indie's report is the same exact one than the one the Order official made. I honestly believe it's rude of you to simply shoo off someone's request, no matter how much their roleplay is incorrect according to your own taste, to not even call it blatant skypelancer diplomacy to so quickly accept the same report made by the faction. I'm not mad or anything, it's just that I know you guys are able of much better standards, as you've exemplified more than once in the past.
Sorry for posting here guys, but as a quick heads up:
While i luckily missed out all the mess of the weekend - i did indeed process the second one with agreement of the council....and reviewing the first one it simply lacks evidence for me -and there is only so much you can do without any.
While i do not agree with the rude tone in that thread, i have to admit that if Chinos rp is that he doesn't take kids in puberty serious then it is equally valid rp as a kid with a battleship under his comand.
Note: this is nothing personal, just my 2ct

How is this, an ECG ship clearly firing on an Order vessel, lacking in evidence compared to...
This, an ECG vessel next to a [ZA] base, it isn't even clear whether he's undocking or not,
This, an ECG saying "hola all Corsairs" (is he breaking Corsair laws? Seriously? He just greeted), and,
This, an ECG on the ship scanner with no clear identification of his presence there. Unless, in the case it actually was that Osiris over yonder, shooting at NPC bases suddenly is reason enough to start harassing players.

And why was it initially not a big deal ECG shot an Order vessel, but when they even dare come in the vicinity of, God forbid, an official Order| vessel, it's a red alert situation?
Corsair cruiser have clearly visible de-cloaking effect which happens to all vessels equipped with such device upon undocking from any base.
That's debatable, since the Omicrons' starspheres are vibrantly coloured. Purple nebulae on the background aren't rare. But since you use highly inaccurate evidence to accuse them of something, highly inaccurate explanations could be given as well, correct? He might've been docked on that station for a long time from even before conflict arose. But I guess that's where explanations in the Corsair court come in handy, but it doesn't explain why the Elders chose to jump the gun so easily on your complaint and call it truth, based at most on details which raise scepticism.
Personally I was unaware Stormrage is an elder until Joey told me about it. Neither I do have skype contact with Corsair players other than Sandor and Joey as mentioned before.

Do not accuse me of doing anything.

Skype diplomacy is a very specific term. There isn't actual need for outside communication to start lending favours to other higher ups in official factions in order to receive that person's gratitude and thus possibly establish a connection of mutual bias.
