Today, an order vessel with a callsign Order|Chibi.Carrier was known operating in the Omicrons. Our intelligence reported that he has destroyed a ship belonging to the 101st Outcast Guard. We would like to make it clear that this person is NOT a member of the order| and thus we hope that you do not blame us for the incident.
We are trying over and over to fix this problem, however, without much success. Until the person commanding the ChibiCarrier has been found and his callsign fix, in response to his actions, we will place him on the Order's KoS list. Hopefully, this consequence will urge him to come forward about the matter.

Understood. My sources tell me that it wasn't wearing standard Order tags, nor using proper Order naming conventions. Indeed, it seems to have been attached to a Corsair raiding group, probably under the Corsair LULZ virus protocol guidance, which would imply the ship was not under Order control. Neither of us wants to expend our strained military resources in a war that neither of us would gain anything from.
