The one weapon cruisers have that can actually hit a half decent bomber pilot... yet, for anything short of the kusari destroyer, cruiser solaris range is too short to even fire to the other end of the ship. How am I supposed to hit a bomber when the weapon projectile disapepars 50 meters from my ship? Honestly?
Current range on Cruiser Solaris is 800m. That needs to be increased to at least 1000m to be effective on the larger cruisers and battlecruisers. For comparison, Battleship Solaris are 1099m. I would even go as far as to say we should buff the cruiser sols up to 1200-1300m to make up for the fact that cruisers dont have access to flak weapons.
Large cruisers and battlecruisers are not meant to be effective vs fighter/bombers. Simply because they are more effective vs other things than normal cruisers.

But battleships are? How does that make any sense?
Bomber Snacs have over 2k range, giving cruisers the ability to keep them at arm's reach is not going to make them fighter killers - it just makes the bombers work harder.
The Solaris turrets for caps suck because ,I do believe, I was too effective with them on my caps guarding the z21/Alaska area....took down many ships,both large and small......I do not see them going back to anything like they were in 4.83 or 4.84.
