Something resembling of that, sails and all, but no flag
Maybe between the size of a Gunboat and a Cruiser
Using a design aspect of Yue's Bretonian capital ship
Have 8 platforms on either side for Cruiser turrets, each at 90 degrees to either side with a 30 degree firing arc. Only the front 2 and rear 2 turrets being capable of firing straight forward or straight backward. With 4 full arc gunboat turrets on (based on the picture) the bottom fins, or elsewhere if the design calls for it.
Around 200k armor...?
Or this could just be left to sink to the depths of forum archives.

Blasphemy! The Yacht is one of my favorite models.
A ship with a sail that big would be a massive target, enough that it would be almost useless in combat. Just look at the Spatial...
Nice ship and great concept, but not for Disco unfortunately. Let me explain:
I can see such vessels in a totally converted mod for Freelancer. A mod wich has the 19th and early 20th century sci fi and utopia as a base, with iron ships crossing the space, propelled by sails and steamengines. A mod consisting of systems using the smaller map sizes, like Omicron Theta, without Tradelanes and Jumpgates. The ships with very slow accelleration ratio and fight speed under sails and cruise speed of 150 - 200 under the "steam" engines. No fighters, but sloops, corvettes, barques and so on until galleons.
It doesn't fit into the hightech Disco universe, especially if its a combat vessel. If it would be implemented i'm sure it doesn't work the way you want, remaining to weak compared to counterparts. Then it would get a buff and will become a huge and overpowered gunboat, nothing more. It happened a similar way with the Order light carrier, which is simply an overpowered battlecruiser now.
