We are 3 young pilots, enjoying life, having fun whilst exploring Sirius.
Our Fathers were Traders by trade, and good friends with each other, working on Bretonia Armed Forces contracts out of Southampton. All of our fathers were brutally killed by an unnamed pirate while mapping new trade routes through the Omega's. We were only children when our fathers were taken from us, but we understood what this ment, we were to young to do anything about this situation.......but our Mothers knew that one day we would venture to the stars and follow in our fathers footsteps as they had followed in the footsteps of their fathers before them. So it was, that when the day came for us to don our flying suits and take to space our Mothers using our fathers old Armed forces contacts and some unpayed depts...oh and the the vast sum of money they had saved up for us, presented us with an old beat up decommissioned Bretonia Gunboat EACH!. Using what knowledge we had gained and more of the fortune left to us....we managed to get them serviceable once again. Our Mothers felt this the only way to protect their children on their journeys through the Sirius systems, what with piracy commonplace and the ever unstable politics of Sirius constantly shifting, this wasnt a bad idea. Thanks Mum!
On leaving home they gave us a simple peice of advice...which was that we should never go looking for trouble, have fun and if we were ever in a position to help others, that we should do so as there were many other fathers out there risking all for a few credits.... stting at home their wives and children that need them to come back safe. With this advice, the money we had and our fathers contacts throughout Sirius we set off on a long journey of discovery.
So off we set, cruising Sirius, our ships named ready for their long journey....Riley.O'Gressif, Psychonaught and McCannon.Willblastyee
Captain J.R. Hartley (Psychonaught) and the good ship Riley pass through Liberty making many good friends. We hope to come back some day as we were made to feel very welcome.
I shall miss Rachel Barker and Durandal
On To Rheinland where we met a ship on fire and very big Battleship!
But the noble Klauss Hidden was on hand to make sure we were able to pass on safely.
I do hope my good friend was able to take some photographic images too.
He may place some up for you to see at a later date.
Captain Joseph Mallord William Turner (Riley.O'Gressif)
I managed to capture a few glorious moments....on our cruise through these glorious systems.
Our Escort through Liberty Space by the oh so brave Rachel.Barker and the very personable Durandal.
Their company was most enjoyable.
I was also able to capture our brief journey through Rhinleand where we we encountered an impressive vessel of gargantuan proportions. Was most invigorating.
I shall cherrish these moments for ever and when i get a chance i shall capture them in ink and paint for posterity.
Mother will enjoy these images immensly.
Father would have been so proud.
What was all the more suprising about are little trip, was the fact that the kind ships escorting us did so for over an hour at our max impulse speed of 79, very good of them indeed.
At this point our ships due to their age and various state of disrepair and are unable to use trade lanes, hence the reason our Mothers were able to obtain them from the Armed Forces.
But this suites us fine as we are able to soak up far more of the systems we travel through at this more refined and sedate pace, rather than zipping through and missing all the interesting places and peoples on the way.
