Just wanted to drop by to say thanks for doing a great job. My characters hate your guts, which should be taken as a compliment.
You've pursued the Midnight Express on more than one exciting chase. What's even better is that you manage to muster up some serious firepower without capspam. Keep up the good work, and see you in space!
Thanks, it's very satisfying to hear a good word about our performance. I'm sure the boys are glad to have good players to play with in the Taus like yourself.

On a side note... IN CR it's basically about volountary support in case some bigger expense turns up.
Who's the fool now, Panz, you wrote that twice.:P
Anywho, yeh.. They're safely tucked away at you know which location anyways.

I've been around for a fair while, and seen BSG move to CR and get to where it is today. I've always had good experiences with you lot, and for me, the presence of ships from BSG doesn't disrupt my immersion one bit. Hell, I'm in space, in a lethally armed fighter, if I can accept that without blinking, I can accept pretty much anything. To be honest, I sometimes think that those who complain so vociferously about imported ships, factions etc, are really just not trying hard enough.
(That's not a dig at you Sov, just a point of view. Though I know you probably won't have taken it that way anyway. :))
Anyhoo, keep it up! I'll look forward to seeing the rewritten backstory in the future.
Thanks for the nice words, Stoat, and do write more of your Karadin story. I read it once, and it ain't half bad. I'm checking here and there for updates. Don't disappoint me.:P
And as for the new backstory, it's already done, actually.
The short version is in our faction status and the first post in this thread.
It'd have been longer, but we breached the size limit of posts somehow.. it just won't show all the text if we add more.
Here's a direct link to our faction status post: Booyah.

Sender: Mia "Blackhawk" Pender
To: Colonial Remnants
This is Mia Pender, a mercenary with the nickname Blackhawk. After working in the Taus for a while I've saw a few of you colonial remnants having this Very Heavy Fighter "Nyx" and after ariving at Tau-44 (with not much of a trouble) I found out that you don't give it to most people. So I'm asking you if you can sell me one. I'm ready to sign a contract with you if I have to.
[font=Palatino Linotype]You should be aware that the Nyx space superiority fighter is a highly advanced piece of hardware and it's designs a very jealously guarded secret.
We cannot risk it falling into the wrong hands at any time, because it could mean more deaths of our men and women in the field.
Until you are proven to be a valuable and trusted asset to the Colonial Republic, we cannot approve a purchase of our fighter to yourself.
We need to know what we're getting for all our risk.
And before you rush to things, we have plenty Sirius credits, no worries.
You are however free to purchase a Charon or Raven's Talon, they are very popular with non-Colonials.
