This evening in Kyushu was alot of fighting. First i engaged in a fight with some GC Bomber(Ayame_Matsumado), and her allies \CS\Helkos(BW VHF) \CS\LCC-Abyss(Talarca Light Cruiser). After i took down the bomber and the VHF with the assist of [KSP]Sakura.Kai, Daisa Saburo "Kanadzuchi" Sakai with his Destroyer comed to our aid to take down the Cruiser.
Just after that we wnet to New Tokyo where one of ours was brought down by a Blood Dragon(Sentai86)Shinigami. But we couldn't fine me because he ran fast into the Hokkaido system and we last track of him.
Before i could cool my engines on planet kyushu Daisa Saburo bumped into a couple of Corsair Huntress Cruisers(Jocker and DERFINDER) near the New Tokyo jump gate in Kyushu, which didn't asked for permission to enter the system with their cruisers and they attacked without a warning. The corsairs were heavily armed but lucky for us they weren't such skilled pilots so it was easier to take them down then i expected, altough we had a pretty long fight. (To mention: They broke server rules by fleeing and re-engaging afterwards, and killed and return to re-engage, both of them)
This was about all the action had for today, enough in my opinion.

Today was a short day. The moment i was on patrol a Samura transport was in trouble so i went straight to his aid. There were to GC([Kirestsu]-Kishin, Tenyu and another one whom name i forgot) ships. I engaged them at once...and the long fight begun. Altough i managed to keep both of them on theire toes, i was keeping them under continously fire...before i got the first one down, the problem got tighter...another one comed to aid them...and it was 3 on 1...2 bombers and one vhf against 1 vhf...i didn't stood a chance, so after remaining without nanobots and batteries my ship was destroyed. It's a good thing that some low rank(NPC) officers of the KNF were around there, and tracted my pod and took it to Nagumo. Where i am at the moment, waiting to be suited in another Chimaera Very Heavy Fighter.

Subject: Traders
This was a day without major action, except some nasty little traders resisting arrest, and refusing to drop cargo.
The first to start with is JollyBandit. As from what we cand deduce from his name, he is no more than a bandit. I caught him trying to haul Plutonium into the Tau's. I was stationed near Tau-29 JG, as most of the time beeing on duty. After a while he appeared with a cargo full of Plutonium. I hailed him twice to stop, but here was no response, and he jumped into Tau-29. I followed him right after the Gate was available. The chase continued into Tau-29 where an [AFA] fighter finished a baf., and comed to my support to catch the trader, but with not much luck. We were to far behind him and he managed to escape to Tau-31 and then Newcastle.
The second one, SS_Romney.Marsh same as Jolly was caught with plutonium, this time, i caught him in Tau-31 near battleship Nagasaki. At first he appeared to understand his situation, but before i could deal with him my ship malfuncioned and a smoky haze appeared in my cockpit...disrupting all my commands and systems. So i couldnt see and hear nothing for about a minute. When i managed to fix the problem...No sight of Romney, he already escaped to Leeds.
Now the third one camed in pair with the fourth, they were some kind of friends Knight_Trader and Stonehenge, both hauling H-Fuel to Bretonia. I bumped into them on the lane from bs nagumo to tsushima depot. I exited the lane and went after them. Just to catch them both braking the law's. None of them intended to stop at my call. So i pursuited them till we reached Tau-31->Leeds Jumpgate. Where i was off boundries and with limited amount of power to enter the Leeds system.
This is about everything i had to report about today. I didn't do pretty well, but in a VHF what can you really do except scare some LF's.
ok i heard you say stop, you sounded like a pirate, you didnt say who you were or anything,so why should i stop just because someone shouts,HEY YOU STOP. they could be talking to anyone.you could have been a bounty hunter claiming my head.as i have one.
you told me to leave kusari so i did ,then you's attacked and chased me all the way into berlin to try and
kill me,but couldnt do it and had to flee yourself.that is why you have given me this warrant.
plus you didnt ask me to pay any fine fine.
pilots are not answering your calls to stop because you dont tell them who you are.you talk to them like dogs, you need to change your tone.speek to them right they might stop next time.
as for the slave's i was carrying, thats a lie.i was carring vip's to honshu.yeah im a smuggler ,thats my job
i bet them trader's who run contraband without ID dont get all this hassel & properganda told against them

Sir,
there must be some kind of error.
As our public database and reports clearly states (report #480 and Legal Codex), you were questioned for trespassing a military restricted no fly zone that would be Hiroshima, our home system where the Naval Forces Guards usually shoot first then ask later.
From informations available it apppears that you have ignored the warning to stop of the Naval Officer on the scene, and you have been then charged of resisting arrest and consequently the 10 mil fine that it brings. Nothing to do with slaves...apparently.
As the route that brings through Hiroshima is not charted nor it is advisable...due to open and non controlled space dangers, I wonder how you could even find it and enter unarmed. I advise to pay the fine and never venture inside Hiroshima again.
To the "identification" matter, every ship have a transponder and IFF to be looked at.
When you venture in another space region it is advisable to take a look to the local laws, groups and places where civillians should not go.
About the chase in New Berlin I think that is another different matter and I have no clues about that, could you perhaps upload to my private address more details?
Another day on patrol that went with lots of events.
For starters just after i launched to space with my newly aquired Gunboat([KNF]Soukyoku) i got a message from a fellow samurai Shoi Kei Hayashi, that a BAF is in Kusari space, Kyushu to be more exactly. So i landed back on planet kyushu, got in my Fighter and headed for tsushima, the location of the invader([BAF|James.R.Dean-P). With the assistance of Hayashi-san i took the invader down, and saved a trader, apparently he was the invaders target.
After that i sent Hayashi-san to Hiroshima system to aquire a better shield, and told him i'll meet him there, cos i had some business to attend on planet New Tokyo. He didnt' managed to get pass shinagawa and he encountered a Dragon Gunboat(steel_shark) wich took him down fast, Hayashi-san wasnt equipped for facing a Gunboat. I ran over there a.s.a.p. tractored hayashi-sans pod and engaged the gunboat. After some shooting i managed to take him down.
Then i really got a brake from action but caught some traders with plutonium and engines [_LT_]VICKE(hauling plutonium), Lindforce(engine components) and far_way_dk(engine components). I got them at the same time. They all seemed to cooperate first, and turned around to sell the cargo on Nagumo, but only Lindforce and far_way_dk made it on Nagumo, but they didn't paid the fine and never undocked off the nagumo. VICKE paid the fine but didn't want to dock on Nagumo so eventually i had to shoot him.
Not long time after, duty calls in Honshu the same Dragon pestes as always [Sentai-86]'s. Shinigami, Ookari and Hiro. They were at Osaka holding for taxing a cruise liner. I was informed of the event, by hayashi-san. I told him to hold his position untill i got my fighter ready, but he couldn't hold his horses and engaged them, so untill i got there he was almost a gonner. So i remained 3 vs 1 again, and unfortunately i lost the fight.
The last event of the day was with a Zoner Trader trying to pass to the Tau's with a cargo full of plutonium. He understood the situation and landed on Nagumo and dropped the cargo. Didn't want to pay fine.
Konnichiwa!
As my first day patroling as a KNF, it was a pretty nice day. While I was heading to New Tokyo to join my senpai Kenzo, I spotted a Bounty Hunter Battlecruiser, supposed to be escorting 3 transports. After reminding him the Kusari law, he turned back to the Sigmas.
After that, we got news about a Rogue Gunboat attacking transports in Honshu. Kenzo-sama and myself went there to check it by ourselves.
The disnorable pilot, tried to lie us, fourtanely hogosha stop him in the trade lanes to Shinagawa, and together, the pirate "menace" was vanished.
Yesterday, I was heading to Kyushu to watch the Tau 29 gate from unauthorized veesel trying to pass throught it with illegal exportation cargo. But, I didn't get to Kyushu, as in the trade lanes I saw two ships carrying Light Arms from Kyushu, which normally won't be a problem if they brougth them from Bretonia to us. But, something told me to scan them. The first ship called -IRG-BloodHound, armored transport with Liberty Police ID, the second ship, Canine Percheron Bretonia Transport, also with Liberty Police ID.
The Kusari Legal Codex says: No foreign police or military/navy IDed vessels allowed in Kusari unless invited by their Kusari counterpart - and in that case they ought to be escorted.
I proceed according to our Legal Codex, and ordered both of LPI vessels to leave Kusari, but first I ordered to dock at the closest station and drop their cargo there.
They refused to obey a direct order, and after chasing them from planet New Tokyo to Osaka Storage Facility, cutting the trade lanes and disrupting their cruise engines, I had no choice but open fire upon them.
Quickly, Canine surrender his ship, and docked at Osaka, after that he undocked without any cargo, and both of them leave Honshu to Sigma 13, under my escort.

Konnichiwa,
I must extend humble and utmost apologies to the State Police for intruding upon civil matters in New Tokyo today, with unforseen and tragic consequences.
I regret my decision to intervene without a direct request from the KSP Officers on scene. There was much confusion, as several independant Hogosha and a number of traders were also in orbit of New Tokyo at the time.
I also submit myself to you, Taicho Sulu, for whatever inquiries or disciplinary action the Admiralty and Emperor may see fit to order. If necessary for the good of Kusari, my old friend, my resignation will be on your desk within the hour.
Affidavit begins:
The Chujo.Chijin launched from Roppongi after a briefing by IND Executive Staff on the status of their plans to construct new facilities in the Oita system, and was enroute back to Yokohama Yards.
Sensors informed the Bridge immediately of the presence of one hostile vessel, a pirate transport registered as the "ColecteurdesAmes". Further sensor readings were heartbreaking. This "Colecteur" was laden with human cargo, without even the benefit of accompanying food rations or water.
There seemed to be prolonged and confusing chatter over system comms regarding the disposition of this heinous slavetrader. I seem to recall offers of bribe money by the Colecteur, and an uproar from both the KSP and the Hogosha vessels present. I regret that I did not pause to observe and assess the situation before acting.
However, my sushi rose at the thought of those poor souls aboard the ship. I ordered Weps to target the slavetrader, and demanded the immediate release of the slaves. I did so without contacting the KSP for permission. I was in error. I accept full responsibility.
The Chijin activated both Inferno batteries, and took the transport's shields down in seconds. The trader's captain still did not comply, insisting that he had "paid 2 Million" to be allowed to leave. I was incensed by this preposterous claim, and ordered another inferno volley to take her regenerated shields down again, pursuant to dispatching Marines to board the vessel.
The Chijin then closed to within 200 meters of the vessel, sortie bays open and full of Marines with breaching gear; when to my surprise and dismay, the Colecteur powered engines and flew directly towards us, making a broad turn, almost grazing Roppongi, and attempting to reach the Shikoku tradelane.
It took several minutes for our crew to secure the boarding parties for full thrust speeds, and the possibility of weapons damage to Roppongi Station prevented us from engaging immediately; but the KSP vessels were quick to respond and disable the lane, and the Chijin again came to bear on the smuggler.
Still, the Colecteur did not heave to, and again reversed course in a close flyby. Our turret crews were able to track the vessel, keeping her shields low while the Chijin swung about in the direction of the Shinjuku lane.
We began to close again on the fleeing transport, when to my horror and amazement I realized that the Colecteur was veering towards New Tokyo, and was about to enter the planet's atmosphere.
I accept full responsibility for ordering all weapons hot while still 600 meters aft of the smuggler, reasoning that the rescue of some survivors was better than watching their total cremation during atmospheric entry.
I wish to commend and salute the valiant KSP, Black Dragon, and Indepedant Hogosha pilots who quickly responded to rescue as many survivors as possible. At the risk of their own lives, they flew perilously close to the planet's atmosphere and the burning debris.
The Chujo.Chijin's full complement of SAR Teams and Space Marines also performed heroically and selflessly during the aftermath of this tragic event. They are a credit to their Emperor and People.
Of the Colecteur's complement of crew and cargo, only 1200 slaves and two crewmen were recovered, found in 10 pressurized compartments which were miraculously blown clear of the destroyed transport. Almost 3000 souls were lost.
